The Joy Of Growing - SweetSue Goes Perpetual

What's left in the Tiny Closet.

She's the youngest of my Dark Devil Autos, still a young one at 39 days, growing in LOS. My plan has been to grow her out under CFLs. :battingeyelashes: That makes me very happy.

Where's everyone else, you ask? Be right back. :ciao:

:laughtwo: * giggle * It's rediculous how much fun it can be to pull off a reorganization of the tent like that. Haha! Can't stop giggling. Loading in pictures now. Then I have to let them do the talking, right? We can dream. :laughtwo:

Here's one to tide you over. It'll be about an hour. I get a bit crazy sometimes. Yeah, big surprise, huh? :battingeyelashes:

I had to drop this one in. She's just too pretty today to get lost in the crowd.

Original Bubblegum (Day 38)

I've noticed that sativas make me more emotional. How IS that possible? :laughtwo:

It's not a bad thing, I find, in fact I'm quickly warming to this enhanced everything, but I think I need to reset the filter every now and then. Whew!

And then I take a couple more hits......... and ask myself why in the world I'd want to filter this?

Blame it on the buds. Photos are loaded. Let's see how much I can stay quiet. :battingeyelashes: Hey! Don't laugh so hard. :laughtwo:

Yet ANOTHER reorganization!!

Here we go.......

Sorry, repeat shot. I want to keep the tent closed as much as possible now to use every bit of that reflective surface for every possible minute, so it's all closed up now.

Down in the back and on the floor is the Dark Devil Auto in the big pot. She'll need more CFLs. I ran out of bulbs and that has to wait until Wednesday. Right now she's got two of the 40 watt bulbs that used to be over the White Widow.

image1326.jpeg

She's back here in the corner and she'll need additional lighting too.

image1327.jpeg

As will the Jamaican Dream and Thunderpaws #1. Until I can add in more lights I'll just have to reach in every now and then and reposition that power strip to hit more of the plant. You gotta work with what's on hand.

image1328.jpeg

Carnival's enjoying her throne under the Dorm Grow 450.

image1329.jpeg

Afghani #2 gets turned regularly to get the most of the light.

image1330.jpeg

Thunderpaws #2 found a better seat. If one of them turns out to be male and the other female we know who gets this seat. :battingeyelashes:

image1331.jpeg

Auto Jock Horror x Auto Amnesia has a nice spot down here for now.

image1335.jpeg

Original Bubblegum is enjoying her out-of-the -way perch.

image1336.jpeg

Strawberry Blue gets chopped in the morning, so she's waiting right inside the door.

Such an enjoyable time. :battingeyelashes: I opened that flap and the first impulse was to zip it back up and walk away! It looked seriously intimidating until I got into it. Then things start to flow and ideas begin to pop. :laughtwo:

I have to give this tent up guys. How sad is that? I know, no one makes me do anything. Timing. Sometimes it just sucks when you can't see the over-arching purpose. I suppose the take-away is the joyful appreciation of having had the privilege...... OK, I guess I can work with that.

Where were we? Oh yes, the tent. Bulbs will be purchased on Wednesday, which gives me some time to figure out a lighting plan that makes me happy (Oooooo.... I love playing with that kind of planning. :slide: ). I got it all in there guys, :cheesygrinsmiley: and it looks like it's gonna work out right nice.

I have to to tell you, the entire time I'm working alone on these projects in my mind I'm constantly aware that I'm trying to impress the hell out of you all. :laughtwo: I mean, geez guys, with the company I keep, can I really afford to sluff off? I think not! :battingeyelashes: It keeps me laughing as I go, the idea that I would need to impress anybody. Hahaha!

Life is sweet guys. I'm gonna take a walk now and grab some groceries for that agoraphobic daughter lucky enough to have an energetic mother living right next door. I need the walk, she needs the groceries. Nice when they mesh in a timely manner. I'll catch up with you all later.

:ciao: :green_heart:

Carnival looking real good. :thumb:

Thank you Jim. I'm looking forward to one week from today. She won't look like the same plant at all.

Lmfao!
Welcome to the wonder of sativas Sue.

Hahaha I was going to write the exact same thing, nearly. Great minds my mate!

:laughtwo: So how come no one warned me of this going in? Not that is would have slowed me down, but geez guys, how did you not notice a proclivity for the emotional response?? The first time I even heard one of you guys even mention this little side benefit was Cajun, just yesterday???? :laughtwo:

Regardless, loving every blessed minute of it.

Lol.
I had some Green Crack & Durbon Poison shatter a few weeks ago.
Whoa....
I still have a lil Super Lemon Haze left cause no one will touch it. It's like 6 expresso shots.

Oooooo..... Right up my alley. I like those zippy, edgy strains. Yep! In another life I'd have been a speed freak. Just barely dodged that bullet. Up until lately I wasn't aware there were strains of cannabis that would offer a speedy buzz. You're too far away from me to tease a girl like that. :laughtwo:

cajuncelt,

I have on the sativa side, SLH at 70%, Durban 100, Sage and sour 75?, Blue Dream 80, and King Tut ?. I like sativas.

Though I have only grown out SLH, and the BD. The BD is a newer plant ( I lost the first one). The SLH I have a newer version and one I have been growing for about 3.5 years.

Sue, you may want to try Scot's OG it is a 82/20 Indicia that is nice and not like most Indicias, smells diferent too. Good yield and a fast grower.

I'll add that to my growing list Canyon. Thanks. How do you keep any plant growing for 3.5 years?

That's funny.....I just started adding dark chocolate to my 6 espresso shot coffee in the AM for a little jolt to wakie-wakie. I'm also told that, along with coffee, dark chocolate is good for you and has anti-cancer properties. Drink up!:lot-o-toke::goof::thankyou::yahoo::goof::biglaugh::idea::woohoo::allgood::goof::drool::tommy::laughtwo::cheertwo::lot-o-toke::goof::yahoo::tommy::helpsmilie:

Although the dark chocolate may indeed help the heart and combat cancer John, I think the 6 shots of espresso might be a bit taxing on that challenged ticker of yours. Tell me you don't really drink a 6-shot espresso. I only believe you because this is something my late husband would have done if I allowed it to happen. Which I never did. Because I wanted him to live a bit longer. Kinda like I hope for you John.

Sue,

Well the longest I have kept one is 547 days. Otherwise clones.

Scot's hits rather hard.

Best

"Hits rather hard." Words that make my heart sing. :battingeyelashes:

You guys are hilarious

Yeah, that coffee hits rather hard too!

Seems to make MY heart sing...

It's really only 3 shots...the coffee shops just call them double to try to make you feel like you got your money's worth.:goof:

Wish I could but it is my Ex's b-day...longest night of the year. :loopy:
I know that you will have a great and healing time with your friends. I hope that you have some time to visit with us here at home. :reading420magazine:

I'd like that Hozona. I'll be there a month. This is one of those moments when I wish I'd kept my driver's liscense current. I'll need to attend to that at some point. Most particularly if I get bold enough here to actually start new somewhere. Hey! It's not an if, it's a when.

That driven little voice in my head is going to be a pill to deal with as she gets more determined.

I know how you feel Sue unfortunately it looks like move to CO may not happen until Spring...what a bummer thought.
