The Joy Of Growing - SweetSue Goes Perpetual

Man has this ever resonated with me. In the past month I've caught myself going into my veg twice without sunglasses which is entirely LED... and I have sunglasses, good ones and multiple pairs. Watering at midnight though tends to make me forget about them. I keep a pair taped to the door so I won't forget and be too lazy to go find a pair once I've carted out 20 gallons of water.

Well, I'm glad I posted that then. Sometimes I think I tell you guys way too much information and then it turns out to be a good thing. See? I just think of us all as family.

I don't know about that PJ. I've been using 2lt SIPs for the longest with great results in soil; even better results when it's with your Soil Mix. The trick is to not re-fill the reservoir as soon as it's empty but wait until the soil drys out somewhat.

Thank you for that BAR. Do you let it dry out enough to get droopiness before refilling?

Re: I f-ing love science!

woohoo nice leg

Made me laugh right out loud Bear. :laughtwo: Callanetics legs. One of the things the program is known for. Thanks for the compliment. Two years ago those legs were pretty chunky. :battingeyelashes: I like this growing younger every day thing.

Nah, just to where the pot is light.

Big surprise.....not! Electric usage has increased in my household. :laughtwo:

I am not sure who uses as little as 376kWh. I get the same type info. with my bill and have yet to use so little and I am very frugal with power usage. My water heater is only on when needed, all appliances are energy star. I use just two computers anymore, one a laptop, and the other I built with energy saving in mind and it uses my LED LCD Tv as a monitor. So I guess they super low users are using a single light bulb. :smokin:

I did something today that I'd never allowed myself to do before and ordered glasses that were as much beautiful form as function. Most of our married life was spent below the poverty line, which meant function always won out over form because good form cost money and money was always in short supply. I always deferred the money away from me to either Dale or the daughter.

Today I picked out the sweetest pair of glasses that looked amazing on my face. As I sat there looking in the mirror and marveling at how good they looked it made me a little uncomfortable to realize how much my personal world improved after he died. I'm loving the glasses though and look forward to getting them in a week or so.

Glasses are expensive when you lack insurance. It's nice the VA was so generous to me this month. :battingeyelashes:

Now, for that Amazon order I've been flirting with all day: Boveda packs and light hangers. :high-five:

There is more at risk than cataracts with exposure to intense and UV lights you want more than a visor. In the old days of my motorcycling an advertisement that I remember very well is "Got a $10 dollar head? Buy a $10 dollar helmet". I have spent most of my life in the subtropics and my mother had us in good quality sun glasses for as long as I can recall, to this day I do not go out in the day light without them.

Agreed. I have good glasses hanging right there next to the tent. I figured the visor would be extra protection.

They're the mystery seeds Atrain. Not up yet, and may not. I think I'll order some for my next round. You make them look irresistible.

It certainly would not hurt, 'an ounce of prevention...'
I hate to be preachy, it comes with being the big brother of siblings and later a Sergeant then business owner (ya get all mother henny).
:Namaste:

Middle child of five, oldest daughter. Can we say " mother hen"? :laughtwo:

I can assure you that anything you order from mephisto genetics will be a treat. I would look back to see how long they have been down but that would take allot of research lol.... you go straight to soil if so how long ago?

I planted on Sunday, so not even a week yet. The Dark Devil Auto isn't up yet either.

I'm glad to see you got a Flairosol sprayer, too. Those things are the cat's pajamas - great mist, easy pumper - it even sustains the spray when you give it a few extra pumps at a time.

Thanks Graytail. I watched their video, and couldn't hit "add to cart" fast enough. :laughtwo:
