The Hempire Strikes Back!

Nice tree! Love the split level condo you got going. Makin life easy for yourself... very nice.
Those buds on the blooming girl are filling up nicely.

Not gonna lie took me a bit to figure out what you meant by split level condo lol now i realized you were referring to the half assed transplant I did lol.

Putting that Mars 400 to work. Very nice Lex. By the way thanks for helping me out with my little hempy gal. From the looks of it I am done with soil. :passitleft::goodjob: You showed me the perLite.

Im glad your digging the hempys! Welcome to lazy hydro growing lol. Tead showed me the perLITE so im just passing on the knowledge like he did for me lol. That mars i got is the 98X5 reflector series if i remember right lol. Puts a big smile on my face seeing another person convert to the way of the hempy lol.

Well i figured it was about darn time i put up an update so here goes! Here in the veg box i just have the clone from sally haven't been able to take clones for a few reasons mainly due to having work done at my home but anyways she isn't doing the best i guess however i think she may be getting better slowly. I plan to take clones of her by the time big sally is done flowering then i will flower sally2 and i would like to pop another strain by then as well probably gonna go with a huckleberry this time while still keeping some sour D going. Anyways heres some pictures of her lol

Now when it comes to big sally i had defoliate her shortly after the last update i posted i was super sure she would end up moldy if i didn't. She looks a bit rough and im honestly not super sure why she went purple but she did it is weird i can only imagine its probably cause she is pretty close to the light and ive already tried flushing and recalibrating my ph pen everything checks out so im kinda stumped. My only hope is she holds out another 2-3 weeks roughly.

Nice job Lex. :bravo: That SD has been giving you hell man, buds look good though and plenty of them, should be pretty potent too. Another couple weeks and your going go have some fine SD Quiso. Hopefully the Huck will do better in your setup. Later mon

Thanks brother! I been getting excited the smell is like a punch to the face but in a good way lol! This sour d has given me a bit of trouble but to be quite honest non of the trouble is major just gets on my nerves some times. You will see the weirdness of the leaves here after i write this lol got some bud pics without the led. I know this SD will turn out really good despite these hiccups I just get a little too ocd sometimes! Lol. Looking forward to the huckleberry quite a bit!.

I kinda dig it when I see an older plant that has 'history' in it's leaves.
You can see the old issues in the leaves and now all that earlier damage has grown larger and become way more apparent.
Veins and stems tell other stories. The buds are the latest chapters playing out.
Fun.

Im looking at like 1-2 weeks left and she looks rougher then those last pictures. Alot and i mean alot of leaves are curling up dry and dead and i don't mean just the fan leaves cause most of them have been long gone for a while. Plenty of the little bud leaves are dying too id be surprised if they last 1 or 2 weeks more at this rate. All i know is trimming is gonna be a pain, trichomes look right gor my liking and the pistils aren't all turning color yet. It all contradicts one another.

The Cheese I harvested last night did that die-off thing too. And I've done it before notably with the Pineapple Chunk. My latest theory to test out is that I was under feeding a heavy feeder. PC was a relatively heavy feeder as well and I'm always inclined to feed light thinking that my plants will be healthier- not always true. Once they go sideways that late in flowering there isn't much you can do except limp them to the finish. I kept the Cheese on low level nutes to the end, being unsure what else to do, and the buds ended up being surprisingly good. Yours look good too and I think (but you know that I don't know) that with light feedings for another week or two they'll finish great and you'll be very happy. I don't know your RH and whether you ever get mold but watch out where those sugar leaves die back into the buds- worth prying buds open and peeking at the situation now and then.

Well its been a bit and things are still a bit chaotic but should settle down soon. Anyways i harvested big sally and she's drying at the moment but i thought i would put up some teaser photos. I will definitely take some photos when they are ready for the jars lol.

Ok so the buds been in the jar for a day or two ive lost count lol. Fair warning budbombment incoming! Couldn't narrow down the pics anymore then i have already lol. Weighed it up not counting the scruffy stuff and it came out to 37 Grams best harvest from one plant for me lol. It smells really good tastes amazing in a joint. Im obviously gonna smoke it now however im gonna leave the jar with the big buds alone just smoke the smaller stuff for the time. Anyways enough of my ramblings enjoy the photos!
