Thanks Amy! Ive been smoking the NL for a while now, this is my third, and the fourth is outside. I surprised how quickly tje jars went from 45 to 60 today. May have a weight by Sunday.

Well there's that whole D-day thing that kinda over shadows, but hey I'll see if I can get it on next years calendar.
 
Maybe a less momentous date would be better?
 
Lets just go with your birthday then, it was recently yes. Thought I saw some B-day wishes "here" a while back. February maybe, I know it was before mine.

Damn it's June already!!!!!!! Since starting Autos I keep track by how far along the plants are...
 
I was just checking the jars and thinking about should I burp the jars or not. 62% humidity is what aim for. I always burp the jars to reduce the moisture in there I never knew why we actually burp the jars. So I did some reading and this is what I found

“As cannabis buds cure and dry, moisture is released and CO2 gas is produced. When cured in a sealed container, pressure builds up. Burping the jars allows both pressure and moisture to be released.”
 
Indeed. It's about air exchange. Out with the bad air in with the good!

Getting the RH down is only one piece in the burping puzzle.
 
I burp for two weeks and then seal with Boveda 62s for the long term cure.
 
197 Grams of Northern Lights, 7.56 Oz. Im pretty happy with that.

I got 3 jars of Ultra jarred, the rest is in the fridge. Been havin the buds out while i tend the nursery to dry a bit faster. Not sure how patient i’ll be about this fridge cure. Prolly somethin for smaller quantities tho. Just takes up alotta space. Still got the biggest bits in there too.

I can see the future...

Wow, 197 grams from an auto is pretty dang impressive! :welldone:

(btw 197 grams = 6.95 oz by my math)
