They correspond to binning and colour temperature. The CXB3590-0000-000N0HCB35H is the highest binned 3500K on Mouser.

A 4x4 you have choices cree 16 36v cxb3590 3500k at $30 ea with 4-meanwell hlg-320h-c1400b drivers will give you 50w per sf. You can also go with Vero at various voltages not real familiar or you can go with CLU cobs. The target is 50w psf for a ppfd of 800 to 900. Which selection you make will determine your heat removal cree is coolest.
Any thoughts on the MeanWell HEP-480-24A, HEP-480-36A or HEP-480-48A being used to drive more LEDs instead of the HLG-320H-C1400B to drive 3-4 LEDs each?
I was thinking 12 LEDs would be enough for a 4x4, but some are suggesting/talking about 16 LEDs for a 4x4.
Also lots of conflicting information regarding 3000K vs. 3500K vs. 4000K and a mixture of the 3.

You guys that build your Cob frames out of 2020 profiles, how do you fix the cob to the frame?
I just moved to portland and still have not got a house yet, so I have not started my project yet, but this is how I am going to do it with 80/20.
You have to order a long piece and cut it down to make it cost effective, and drill your own holes for bolts, but it looks awesome.
25-2514 for railing
25-6710 for slides
20mm inside corner brackets $125 for a 100 on amazon to make them a 1.25 a piece
I tried my test with t nuts, but you would have to adjust every single one.

The T-Slot profile solution got way to pricy for me so I decided to make my frame out of 15x40mm square tube alu profile with 10mm plastic plugs to cover the holes, Im happy with the results;
Pretty enough, and strong enough, to be a family heirloom
