The Deep Water Culture Home

so where do I get it, homedepot? or is it better to get a special kind? how should I mix it in the soil. Like mostly at the bottom or mixed evenly?

They carry it at both hydro shops near me...then there is the cheaper hardware store stuff...I think you do 1-2" at the bottom and mix in the rest if i remember right from the videos i first learned to grow with..have a few videos from Jorge Cervantes that cover it, can show ya where to get the vids if you want.

ps that Humate Supreme looks interesting... Will be interesting to watch..

people have been doing comparison with Humate sumpreme. A grower stated, “For test purposes, I fully exposed the roots to air for 10 minutes at which time I reinstalled it, watered it, then left for the evening. The following day, the plant had no curled leaves, no stress indicators, and it appears today (some two days later) as a fully viable plant. I’m still scratching my head over this one.”

Apparently it gives the soil plants hydro like roots with while making the plant a very tough one

Thanks man, but prefer the quick way, asking Deep Water Culture! So I'll have it mainly at the bottom 1-2" and then mixed lightly in the bottom half and then soil to the top

Humate Supreme will be sending me some thanks to 420 magazine. Im thinking of doing a side by side comparison grow.

There's alot of Humic Acids products, great stuff, better to get it when it's in a broader nute mix like Liquid Karma.

I find it hard to believe that just one product can provide all the nutrients that cannabis needs considering all the different strains and feeding regiments.

How is the product specifically formulated for cannabis?

The fact is there have been numerous companies attempting to market humates through the years; some have done humates justice, while some have done them harm.

Looks like the same product:
Natural Organic Humate Based Plant Food | Happy Plant®

I like also beside Lq Kam is Ful-Power

Well Humate Supreme is a sponsor of 420 magazine so maybe that means something and I'll be getting it for free. I dont think one tablet could have "ALL" the stuff cannabis plants need, but I doubt any us give them all they need anyhow lol. I'm getting it for free, so it will nice to have first hand knowledge of the difference. I'll do one with my normal nutes and then one with this tablet

To me it actually could have most of the stuff that a plant needs just not tuned to a pot plant per se. Since our plants are notorius for being responsive to optimum conditions the Humate may build the road for the nutes to get there effectively.

Yah they say you can actually up root the plant and leave it a lone for a while. come back and just place on soil, pouring soil on the roots and then water it and it will continue on like nothing happened without any yellowing leaves or anything

okay, and just mix it evenly, like 30% perlite, 70% soil sound good?

i like mixing 1/3 perlite 1/3 peat moss and 1/3 foxfarm ocean forrest, for my soil.
Then i fertilize with seabird/bat guano and worm casting teas.
---------------
I make my own most of the time.

40% Potting soil.

40% Perlite.

15% Worm castings

05% Bone meal

Also dolmite lime, controls the Ph
Bat gyno

Makes a nice light & fluffy mix with kick ass drainage & plenty
of built in nutes.
----------------------
It's not so much the grow medium, buy a regular compost and add
pearlite 70% soil and 30 % perlite.and spend more money on a
good feed.

another soil mix..
