Thanks you guys! I always add the salt on top as it's cooling.
I have lemon pepper here that I use on occasion, never thought about making lemon salt.

I'll try the tablespoon of extract in 1/2 a batch and the lemon salt on another. This will be interesting. I love lemon too.
