I found the owners manual for the light: it suggest exactly that. Lift it as high as you can, and lower it as necessary. They say doing it this way, let’s the plant get used to the intense light. So I did exactly that. I raised er’ up to 36” and left it for the night.

it could have went higher, but I left it at 36” for now... I just got up and will go check on them shortly... after I get my daughter up. Just having my wake up cigarette.

Are you using promix?
If so are you reusing it?
I’m curious to see what your runoff would be?

Yes sir, I am using promix, but I never reuse my medium over again. I usually use 5 gallon cloth pots and then just throw the entire pot and medium away when finished flowering.

Watching Ozark... pretty cool so far. Its an interesting story. They just moved into the naked guys house

Here’s some photos from this morning.

I jacked the light up to almost as high as it can go. Turned my light timer back to auto to give them a break from the light. It immediately shut the light off and will come back on at noon.

the height is more like 5 feet away(ish) from the top canopy now.

I also dropped another low Ryder bean into a shot glass of water yesterday. The first two beans I tried. Went straight into PT, and skipped the soaking. After roughly 8-12 hours of soaking, I managed to tap it down, and it sank. I checked on it this morning, but will go back to it around noon to put it in PT then in the baggy.

I would like to add that I didnt really give details. I never said who "they" are. I did sorta fixate on "the naked guy". Not a good look for me... I'd like to substitute the naked guy for "the guy with the gas tank". There! I save face and make the whole thing more mysterious. I just have a couple questions... Whats in the gas tank? Why can't he just put on some drawers? Oops I did it again.

Dang, that is unfortunate about the lowryder seeds, I have my eye on a few of dr seeds strains, can anybody speak to their overall quality? Is this unusual for their products to be duds?

Those are the first batch I’ve ordered from dr seeds. They have a really good customer service but I can’t really judge off two seeds... the one had a crack in it when I got them. I didn’t have much faith in that one. The second I tried was probably my fault. I’ll see what this third one is doing by tomorrow. Good to see ya Dutch!!

im going to keep these all short like my Green crack clone. Hopefully get some spears out of them all. Easy’er harvest’s. Less time in between grows.. less time defoliating. just faster all around!

I checked on the seed this morning... and nothing. I know my method of germination works. I just had 13/13 seeds germinate... now I’m having problems with these ones... I don’t get it. I emailed dr seeds this morning.

Thanks bro!! It’s the same tent I used in my last journal as well... minus the (tapped) cut all the way through the centre of the tent lol. After their night time yesterday. I went and looked at them. They looked happier already... still bouncing back from the drooping but looks much, much better. I’m hoping after their night time (right now) they will look a lot better. I’m on episode 5 or 6 (I can’t remember) of season 3.... it’s gettting sooooooo good lol!!
Thanks bro! The garden is coming, slowly but surly! Thanks brother! The tent was something I thought of when I decided to grow. My cheap ass decided to build my own tent rather then buy one. I think after all said and done, my tent was less then 80 bucks to build. The most expensive thing was the PVC pipe. Then the panda film as well, but I didn’t build with panda film right away. This is what it looked like after I first built it. It was 2’ deep, 32” wide, and 4’ tall. Then I changed it to be 5’ tall. Then rebuilt it again, to be 2’ deep, 4’ 2” wide, and 6’ 2” tall.

that’s the side view. That’s my veg box underneath, and I used Mylar space blankets to wrap the tent in, then used a heavy duty job site grade garbage bag over top the Mylar to keep light from escaping through the material. It helped alot. It was a good tent.

Well, today was the day they got their first feeding of Remo nutrients. They all got a feeding of 5ml of each bottle. Going off their feeding schedule, except I followed their 1st week veg dosage, as @Tony Urban and @TheMadDabber said they’re dosages are a bit strong. So I’ll maybe try keep it one week behind the schedule they recommend? Idk! I’ll try it out, and see how they like it. Some of them look pretty rough! I had to try something different.

that’s as far as I got with naming them all in the picture before giving up. ^
I also numbered the same strains as well to keep track of each individually.
the tent is sitting at 16 for the picture because I left the door open while I was feeding the plants.

also, no luck on the third auto seed so far. So I threw the last two in the paper towel as well... because well... this is getting ridiculous. One of them need to germinate,(hopefully).
the top seed is the seed that’s been in PT for over 48 hours.

My last round with The seeds I made with the icy hot x GG4xZkittles there’s a few that had that and so I was curious to see what happened... it germinated and is growing great. It was actually first up out of 4 and lost its shell with ease. I was really surprised it germinated. Anyways hope you get those kinks sorted.

That seed, didn’t move at all after 48 hours of sitting in PT. I put it in dirt, but nothing. I dug it out today, it ended up shooting the cotyledons out but the tap root ended up wrapping around it and was dead before it even started its life. It was the weirdest thing...

I store them in Cotten, in their container (wether it’s metal, or plastic container) inside a bag. Inside the crisper of my fridge.

I hope so too man! I’m almost tempted to put my old light back in... but I say no! I won’t let the light win!! I must overcome!

Scuffing the surface is something to do before you get them wet. I put some sticky sand paper in a small box. You then put your seeds in it and shake it. the micro abrasions help the water get in
