Very cool coaching softball @Preston9mm . My son plays 16u travel/varsity baseball trying to get some practice in hitting now with some of his teammates which started yesterday. Just a few kids on the team practicing staying 6ft away. Its amazing now how good these kids are now compared to when i came up.Both my wife & I played competitively into our 20's. That’s awesome!! I liked playing baseball, but I hated it competitively!! I couldn’t get into the games... maybe I was just too young to understand it.... I never played in any beer leagues either... when I was in my teens/pre adolescent, all I cared about was skateboarding, getting drunk and partying, and drugs. So I wasted a lot of my young years doing that... I tell ya though, I got pretty good at skate boarding before having a family... the goal was always to get sponsored... would be sweet to travel the world making skate videos and competing in competitions.... ohh a person can dream!!Both my wife & I played competitively into our 20's. That’s kind of what I was thinking. This is my first run, with this light. It’s kinda funny because when I had the light close to 20 inches away from the plants at first. The plants seem to enjoy it. Then I moved the light into the tent and lifted the light to about 24 inch above, and they started drooping on me. So I lifted it to (gawd who knows) how high from the plants now. Still the same thing... I’m almost tempted to throw my old blurple light back in there.
You see that’s what I was originally thinking. But I’ve had the lights on 24/0 for the last three days. The temps have been very consistent at around 21-24C but they’re still drooping. So I’m also leaning on too much light... but I’m just so baffled!
Thanks brother!! I’ve been trying to rule things out, and having the temps at a consistent 21-24 kinda makes me rule out them being too cold... but idk anything is possible!!
These pics are from this morning. Temps are still consistent. Still droopy though. I’m thinking they may not have needed water the last feeding, but doesn’t explain why they were dropping before being fed. That’s what makes me believe the light is just too bright for them. Hmm!
