The 4x4 Grow Tent Club

Have people not found CMH yet, I love my pair 315W and they do just great in my 4x4.

You can take a good pic with a HPS if you play with the settings on the camera. Switching to incandescent mode works well for mine. I am curious about CMH. What do you yield with 2 X 315w lights in a 4x4? For the first time I have clones in my tent. I didn't have any cloning stuff so I just took clippings and stuck them in coffee cups half filled with coco. Saved me a lot of time, they were transplanted 10 days ago from seedling pots & they are growing fast!

@SherlokOhmz

Your clones look great.
I run both vertical and horizontal grows and both styles give me 24 to 26 zips of trimmed, dried, and cured smokable buds. Usually get about 4 to 6 zips of larf, popcorn, shit I don't want to fuck with trimming that goes into making FECO/CCO.
You can check my grows in my Signature, I have been running two 315W CMH both bare bulb vertical and horizontal with reflector.

This current setup and my second grow. Stoked to finally start posting. This thread specifically pushed me and guided me to start growing. Definitely needs some tweaking for the future but you have to start somewhere!

Thats a great setup! I know guys whos been growing for a deceade and they have the same equipment that you do. Maybe a bigger fan? And theyre pulling great harvests! :goodjob: :green_heart:
I appreciate it!! I put in a decent amount of homework on this thread to get it setup and so far I’m really happy with how it’s going. I added a larger oscillating fan above the canopy, moved the clip on’s to below the canopy, and added a fresh air inlet fan. Theses ladies are 6 weeks old from seed. Dark temps at 70 with light temps being at 76 at the canopy. RH has been consistent around 60% give or take. Ph has been consistent 6.2-6.6, I’ve been using mammothP and Bloom Boost just following the recommended use with PH’d RO H2O. Needless to say I’m obsessed watching these girls grow already ha! Also any suggestions if I should lollipop them before switching over to flower?

Turn off the lights in the tent and just use the flash on the camera. You'll be surprised at how much better your pics will look.

So technically, I'm growing in a 5x5 now. But I've always liked posting in this thread, so here goes.
My Blackjacks at just a few days into week 5 of flower.

Nice to see you all rockin the 4x4s ! :thumb: Flipped this lot a few days ago, hope to keep them off the ceiling this time. I took a clipping from a friends gorilla glue #4 growing outdoors. Stuck it in a cup filled with coco and put a little food in & it rooted up nicely. Its the one with the big leaf in the pic. Looking forward sampling that one, heard some good things about the strain. I didnt have room for one of the clones in the tent so its been growing in front of the window.

You’ll love coco, water once a day with light nute solution and keep it simple.
Yes its pretty problem free. I used to grow everything in dwc but now the coco is taking over. Still have few dwc grows going on. What ive noticed is that coco needs a bit more calmag than dwc.
