Thai Stick

Thai Stick - 5 weeks from seed (mostly under 11.5/12.5, which didn't go well):

I've got it under 24/0 now, at least until I see decent growth. Here's my next run at Phuggen Shruntal Cortex (the strain I bred out and I'm gonna dust with Thai Stick pollen):

The GDP x Thai Stick is looking good, but I forgot to get a pic last night. I'll get one up soon.

Looking good Chimp. My TS had been languishing in the shade of my overgrown veg till recently when I took a machete in there and thinned out the jungle and brought him/her up into the light. 18/6 lighting but yours is ahead of mine because I decided to let her fight it out for a while till I have more room for her.
I went back to page one- see that you're using sunshine mix (I think) same as me - but you didn't say what you're using for nutes (?) :thumb:

Yep SSM#4 Advanced. For veg I'm using Iguana Juice grow and for flowering General Organics with Hygrozyme. I use a CO2 bag too.

Nice. I'm using botanicare grow and bloom - pro soil (?) or WTF they call it these days I'm not sure- they keep changing the label. I got into it because I was told it's 'organic'- not so sure how organic it really is but it works well. So we aren't so far apart in terms of growing style. I hope yours is a girl. I hope mine is too. Maybe I should plant a backup....
Anyway- I'll tag along with yours for sure and let you know how mine does. Won't get in your fur too much. Just loved the start of this journal. A bit of a lull here for awhile but I think things will pick up soon and will be loving the middle and end as well.

7:30 a.m here and I should try to get a little sleep :)

I hope these turn out, Weaselcracker.
I'll get a pic of the GDP x Thai Stick cross up when my camera battery recharges. This one's a female and it's healthy, so it's 50/50 on the crater theory so far. :thumb: If both the Thai Stick and my new PSC seedling are female, that would make it 75% of them with craters being female.

I can't wait to see what it looks like! :)
I'll post a pic of a Super Lemon Haze x DJ Short's Blueberry cross I did when it flowers out more and starts to get some color to it; it has the excessive frost of the SLH, the color of the Blueberry, and a perfect smell combination of both (sour berry candy). It's pretty and the buzz is really good too! :thumb:

Man I just noticed how fuzzy those hairs were in that last pic :)
I decided to put the Thai Stick plant into flower so it would be close to the GDP x Thai Stick (in case I want to repollinate that one, too). I'll pollinate that seedling from the strain I bred out a little later with the same Thai Stick pollen.

LOL, I keep eyeing the fluffy strains, but I don' know if I wanna babysit another spoiled brat.

Getting rid of that Desfran has made everything so much nicer. :cheesygrinsmiley:

... what am I saying ... I have a friggin Purple Haze seedling that's already a little monster ... ... I'm an idiot.

Hey PotChimp. Here is a pic of my Thai Stick.

It's been left untended a lot and is small for its age- as my veg room has been too full and it was underneath the canopy of the bigger plants. It's not normally so droopy and trashed looking, this pic from tonight catches it at a bad time- as it is drooping a little just before watering time, and I just got through putting on splints where I supercropped. Supercropping made the stems flop over and crimp- as used to happen with my Mama Thai when I tried it. Maybe it will slow down those two branches though. I didn't feed it much of anything till last week. After I did it started shooting upwards at an alarming rate. I'll start vegging it properly now as I've got spaces opening up throughout the next 5 weeks.
I'm pretty confident the scrog screen will be able to control it. I haven't had trouble controlling the Mama Thai even when I let it veg too long. Here's a pic of a revegged Mama Thai plant I harvested yesterday.
