It so happened that we've got a plant inside the harvest window so I took a few branches off and hung them to dry for a few days and we smashed and packed those too. Here are pictures of my fresh buds getting the sausage roll treatment in butcher wrapping paper (I'm corn free too, so sadly, hesitant to use husks although I like the idea of the added sugar transferring to the buds). Notice how he neatly folded the ends of the butcher paper to make a nice edge on the cobbed roll. The last pic is of the American Harvest food dehydrator coming to temperature. This was all done last night around 5 p.m. but we had to run to a dinner in town so I'm just getting you up-to-date now.
