Tangwena's Malawi-Style Cob Cure: Fermented Cannabis

I'm tired enough I may be asleep in a couple minutes, but before I go, @Weaselcracker , I'm glad you found us. :yahoo:

I figured out, with TS's inspiration, how to rehydrate cannabis stored at 62%. Makes you look at the jars with a different slant, don't it? :cheesygrinsmiley: Hehe!

Been near dead with a flu for the last week Sue. I'm just working my way through the thread now. Hopefully in time to learn what to do before my plant dries. I crawled out of bed yesterday and harvested a GT. Turned out beautifully. I want to use that.

Well glad I am that you survived Weaselcracker. :hugs::hugs::hugs: The flu will make you respect microbial life, won't it? You have a strong ECS sir. Rest.

A GT......geez, you'll hit it out of the park with that. I believe it's Tangwena's favorite cobs. He'll be thrilled. :slide:

Yeah I'm glad this one turned out so well- like the first GT I grew- a pheno I've really missed, ever since I smoked it all...
Really not sure about finding corn husks here though but I'll look tomorrow. ;)

Alright I read the whole thing and first off Sue I want to say, I subbed right at the beginning of this thread, turned my back for a few days, and there are 266 posts I had to read through.
This is outrageous and there will be no more of this runaway thread nonsense.
( Whips out 'Glacial Flo' SuperSloMoRayBlast-R 2000 )

ssss...ZAP !!!!

ZAP!

ZAP!!!!!!!!!!!

There -take that! :thumb:

Now.... I had a question - I hear the 'colour' of the cob being mentioned a bunch, and the little naked test cobs being used as indicators. But I didn't read where it's mentioned what that colour should be - how to really utilize the canary cobs.
Just wondering. Thanks.
Take your time.

@Weaselcracker the color bars on the diagrams bottom tries to illustrate that:

Color usually evolves from green to yellow, then golden - orange - red - brown - black. Right there ^^^^^

Depends also on the strain and original colors, that's why we ask everybody to post their making of, unsealing after sweat, and unsealing to check while curing pictures, so that all could get our eyes educated.

... he says while turning his firehose into the existing flood.....

I did a hunt for a place to do the sweat. Had a hard time finding the right temp.
The crockpot option mentioned was not workable in any way. I even tried a towel draped over the top. Couldn't get anywhere near 100f... mostly closer to 200f. I wanted to mention it here so others didn't bother.
In my world, I found a spot just the right distance away from a pilot light.

I use citrus peel for re-hydration. Just a small bit... maybe 1/4" square... tiny. Works awesome.

Great idea. You’ll get some temps in there too with citrus peel. :high-five:

In a couple months, that'll be ambient temperature in your neck of the woods, won't it? (Lol.)

Good Sunday morning, everyone!

High SweetSue, gang,

This is an awesome thread! You come up with the most interesting threads. I hope this process does what you want from it. Certainly sounds plausible. Standing by for your smoke report.
Oh, btw, my condolences to you on Cajuncelt. His (and your) thread on cancer was the best. I learned so much. I could use that link if you have it. I was about 4 pages from the finish (at that point), and would like to keep up with it.
I appreciate you Sue, and all the energy you expend to perform on your "stage". :hugs::hugs:

Thank you Bode. :hugs: He’s out there in the cosmos playing with new friends. Lol! Here’s the link. Cajun’s room

It’ll be good to have you join us with a cob or two. :battingeyelashes:

I'm on page 4...I'm hooked in and interested. Sorry so late!

Just glad to have you along. It’s getting interesting with all these participants. :slide:
