SweetSue's Perpetual 3.0 - The Hempy/HB Hybrid Grow

I found a supplier at the rain forest selling gallons at a rediculously low price. I looked at that for a few minutes and decided to trust my cosmic guides and placed the order. Now, the game begins getting them through until the new supplies arrive.

I figure I can push them an extra day between drenches until the shippment gets here. If necessary, I have some GH bottles in the cupboard. I'm sure I'll find a way to keep them hanging in there. Two of them are so close to harvest I could begin the flush at the next drench. Hmmmm...... Worth considering.

Sweet! Happy you found what you needed!

You think like me Dabber. :cheesygrinsmiley: :green_heart: I used to get anxious when I planted. Now I just get excited. :laughtwo:

Lots to be excited about today, including testing out my Malawi. :slide:

Jarring It Up: Malawi

I was only anticipating 16 grams, so I'm happy, happy. :yahoo:

IMG_601611.JPG

I waited a bit too long, so I tossed a Boveda in and closed her up. I got curious typing this so I strolled down the hall to check, and sure enough, the jar's stable at 62%. Two weeks in the bags drying low and slo and right into the cure. I'm gettin' good at this. :battingeyelashes:

IMG_601710.JPG

Saved some out to taste. It's indistinguishable from Neiko's. :cheesygrinsmiley: I'm still playing with the buzz. It'll be my evening choice as I feel my way through the nuiances. So far I'm really liking it. It's giving me stoner eyes, but there's an underlying layer of experience that seems almost spiritual, and just out of reach.

IMG_60236.JPG

The leaves and small bud are from the Jamaican. I couldn't resist the sugar leaves drying in the kitchen so I broke into them last night. Yum!!! Had to grab a bud to dry and try tomorrow.

Malawi is tonight's fare. I'm going back in. Wish me luck. Lol!

Looking good Sue.

Love the stoner eyes. That means you can see the promise land. Lol.

Cheers.

I love that you follow me Ditch. :hugs:

Here, I'll take another hit in your honor. :kisstwo:

High SweetSue,

I love how you "play with the universe". You are so tuned into the cosmos, sounds transcendental. :Namaste:

Sweet! I'll take five or six more hits in yours. :volcano-smiley:

I'll have you know, that buzz last night kicked my butt and had me crawling to bed by 10. By 10!!! :thedoubletake: I don't recall that ever happening with anything other than Chem Dawg, and Malawi doesn't carry the same terpene profile at all. Not sure what that was all about, but I'm getting ready to fire her up again for my wake 'n bake, so if I vanish for the day we'll know, won't we? :laughtwo:

Your lungs and tolerance are far beyond my capacity to keep up with you Ditch, but one of these days I'll be passing by your abode and I'll stop so we can see for ourselves if it's possible. :battingeyelashes:

High SweetSue,

I love how you "play with the universe". You are so tuned into the cosmos, sounds transcendental. :Namaste:

Oh it is Bode. The cosmos and I have always had a good working relationship, but it wasn't until last year that I realized how my fundemental Christian upbringing had dulled some of the finer points in an attempt to keep us all in line and more easily controlled.

Once I cleaned the grime from the cosmic windows it all became crystal clear to me, and I've been joyfully playing in the pools of deliberate manifestation ever since. This is much more fun than believing power came from beyond me. I create the life I'm living, and I'm good with that, especially since I learned the rules of the game. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Rule #1: Care more about how you feel than anything else.

Rule #2: Deliberately choose thoughts that thrill you. Thoughts filled with love, appreciation, childlike wonder, and joy get you much better results than negative thoughts of any kind.

Rule #3: Inspiration comes when you play. Do your best to play more. :cheesygrinsmiley:

So simple anyone can do it. It helps enormously if you can wake up every morning and say right out loud with all the feeling you can muster

"Hell yeah, I'm ready to play!" :slide:

I had to read this a couple times before I got the last word correct. I guess my mind was stuck on the drag queen contest and I kept reading transsexual.

 Have I told you lately how much I adore you? I have? Well, I can't say it often enough my dear friend. :kisstwo:

Good morning everyone

Don't know what happened to me last night. One moment I was posting, next moment I was falling over on the floor. :laughtwo: Barely made it to bed. Lol! I'm hoping that wasn't the Malawi, but I'll be finding out in a few moments, when I fire the bong up. :battingeyelashes:

Pictures are taken for the updates, and if the Malawi doesn't knock me out again I'll have them up soon. :laughtwo: I decided to give everyone plain water today to stretch out what I have on hand in bloom nutes. They'll all get a full meal on Sunday, and hopefully the new bottles'll be here by Tuesday. If not, I'll pull out the GH bottles and make some magic happen with them.

Mansanto owns Scott's and Scott's owns GH. There's something dangerously ominous about that. I learned that at the class on protecting your canna properties offered by Green Flower Media last night, and I'll admit, it makes me a little uneasy to see the movement of Big Pharma and Big Ag coming into our cannabis space through the back doors. Let's be creative and beat them at their own game. Patent and protect your intellectual property, including these new crosses we keep refining as a team and the topicals we play with. I'll be watching that class again and taking notes. There's a thread in the making there. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Time to feed the cultivator. I'll catch up with you all later. Be boldly joyful in the meantime. :hugs: :hugs: :hugs:

Hey Sue, Everything is looking good in here! Have great evening .

Almost missed you in the flurry of posting NaturalSpirit. You have a great day now. :hugs:

Boldly joyful! I like that. I am that!

Awesome meds Sue. Congratulations again. Please have a wonderful day.

It's the theme of my life GT. Had a little bit of a meltdown yesterday at a local store that caught me by surprise. Jumped right into a battle that wasn't mine. Lol! The daughter reminds me from time to time that someone running around as joyful as me is bound to have a dramatic event every once in a while. She tells me I used to be like that all the time. Funny, how memory of the uncomfortable times slips away so easily when the brain has copious amounts of cannabinoids to draw on. :laughtwo:

Ok....I'm going to try to set the record straight here. Scotts Miracle Gro (SMG) is not owned by Monsanto. Monsanto is primarily a seed company with biotechnology and genomics interests that some people just don't like. The two companies have had a partnership agreement for many years that allows SMG to be Monsanto's exclusive agent for marketing Roundup to the consumer market. SMG also receives the benefit of Monsanto's research and development.

Monsanto is being acquired by Bayer AG, the German Life Science company. The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) gave its approval today for the acquisition. Bayer is known for aspirin but it's a freaking huge agribusiness company.

FWIW...SMG pays $300 million annually for the license to distribute Roundup products. I'm not sure why anyone would want to beat them at any game when checks in that amount can be written. It makes absolutely no sense to me.

I do understand that people don't want their corn to be genetically modified. Fine with me but they should at least use the correct facts. I'd tune out Green Flower media if they couldn't get this right.

That was my mistake Jim, and thank you for catching it. He did, in fact, give the information correctly. Green Flower Media does a better job of proofreading than I, so how wonderful to have you and others like you to catch me when I slip. :hugs:

A small aside of joyful celebration:

When I was a cute 22 yr-old coed I was cohabiting with a bad boy tennis player, one of the two friends who introduced me to cannabis on my 22nd birthday. He obviously got better benefits for that generous move than his friend. Lol!

One day he came home with Columbian Gold. :dreamy: Best buzz of my life. It was a transcendental moment that I've been chasing ever since. In all these years I never came across Columbian Gold. Today, a very generous friend made certain the dream of trying the chemovar again was within reach.

IMG_60889.JPG

There's a nice quantity of Cinderella Kush there too. I think the daughter might like that one. I'll have to research. The glass beads were a touch that melted my heart. I love a man who pays attention. :hugs:

I'm not certain when it gets into the rotation, but I can assure you that by my next birthday I'll have some CG on hand to celebrate turning 65. :battingeyelashes:

Thank you MrGreene. :kisstwo:

Back to the update. :battingeyelashes:

Weekly Update: Flowering Girls - Friday, December 1, 2017

The Tiny Closet

Candy Cane 3.1 (Day 107, flip + 40) Next drench she falls to 12 ml of flowering nutes, without any Bulk added to the mix. On her way to the last gasp before harvest, and from the looks of her, not a day too soon. :slide: Time to get another seed going.

IMG_60527.JPG

I'm thinking next specimen I might back off the highest level of nutes and see if I can keep from burning all the tips, although I realize this small burning is relatively insignificant.

IMG_605311.JPG

IMG_605711.JPG

She smells amazing. When I started growing them I wasn't very fond of the smell at all. Watching the daughter blossom under the influence of this terpene expression has changed my perceptions. A good thing, since the perfume rolls across this floor every evening to tease me. :laughtwo:

The Spa

IMG_604310.JPG

Devil's Carnival 1.2 (Day 69, flip +5) Coasting on the entry level flowering nutes, she's just starting to stretch. The color contrast is amazing in person. The pictures don't do her justice at all.

IMG_604410.JPG

IMG_604511.JPG

I was talking with TheRedDragon as I finished up drenching and sent him a picture of her, to get his immediate instruction to get those leaders under control so the lower colas can catch up. It's a bold move in flower, but it works for him all the time, and there's nothing riding on this girl other than the continuation of the genetic line.

So I did a little supercropping. :cheesygrinsmiley:

IMG_6086.PNG

Blue Dream S1 (Day 121, flip + 49) She's starting to show bits of amber here and there, so I started her flush today. I'm figuring another week to harvest. Oooo..... I could schedule this one for my birthday. :yahoo:

IMG_604612.JPG

IMG_604713.JPG

I think she'll hold out that long. She's got lots of nutrition in those leaves she's beginning to eat up.

IMG_604812.JPG

Just coated with trichomes. She'll make a nice oil, I can tell. :slide:

IMG_604912.JPG

The Sponsored Tent

Carnival 4.4 (Day 104, flip + 24) Starting next week she begins weaning off the flowering nutrients, falling to 16 ml and dropping the Bulk to 4 ml per gallon of water.

IMG_60416.JPG

IMG_604011.JPG

The most prayerful Carnival I've grown. Back when I started Graytail used to commenting how my plants never seemed to pray the way we expected we can't say that anymore. Hehehe!

IMG_60397.JPG

Tomorrow I'm pulling her out of the tent to open up the interior a bit.

IMG_60427.JPG

She's setting some nice bud sites. This is looking like my best Carnival specimen to date.

IMG_603810.JPG

One more to go. :battingeyelashes:

The Flowering Tent

CBD Critical Cure 2.6 (Day 116, flip + 62) Next drench begins her flush. She's digesting the fans, right on schedule.

IMG_60286.JPG

IMG_60359.JPG

She should come in right around 75 days, from the looks of her. I suspect she'll match what I was getting from soil, and her terps are almost indistinguishable from the soil specimens, unlike Carnival. I find it so interesting that there can be so much difference with some and not others. You'd almost expect the difference to be more more consistently expressed across the different chemovars.

Gorgeous buds. :dreamy:

That's the end of the nickle tour my friends. I do hope it brought a measure of joy to your day worth the stop to Oooo and Awww. :battingeyelashes: It sure does give me great pleasure to share them with you.

I'm going to celebrate with a steaming cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream and a righteous buzz of my Jamaican. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Until later. :ciao:
