SweetSue's Perpetual 3.0 - The Hempy/HB Hybrid Grow

My plan for the controlled heat chamber did not pan out the more I thought about it. I am now on to plan B and more thinking. If you are looking to control temp real close look on ebay for a "STC-1000" and check out some of the videos on youtube. Think incubator and look around a little.

If you’re looking to use something a little more user friendly check out the Inkbird ITC-308. I think this combined with a crockpot could make a great heat chamber.

I noticed all your posts from last night had February in the titles. Must be good weed. You have to join us in March real soon because we need to Spring Forward tonight.

 I completely missed that Jim.

Let's leave it like that. Hahaha! I wouldn't want you all to get the idea that I was perfect or anything.

I may do another Malawi soon and devote the harvest to a traditional cob cure.

That would be wonderful Pennywise! :yahoo: By then we'll have a better idea of what we're doing.

led05, over at ICMag, suggested a seed germinating pad with an inverted Tupperware container covered with towels for better heat insulation. Elegantly simple, using things a smart cultivator already has on hand.

My mat will be delivered by Monday, more than enough time to get the job done.

I am soooo excited! :slide:

Hiya Sue....keep up the tremendous work....rock on, girl.....

Hiya Sue....keep up the tremendous work....rock on, girl.....

Hey Shawnee :hugs: Good to see you around. How's it going girl?

I have a neat new thread on potentiating the buds. This is my search for the trippy, spiritual, introspective buzz. Lol! Somewhere back a couple of posts is the link, if it grabs your interest.

So far back.... tried to catch all the unread threads. Gave up and had a bowl with a big topping of powder and moved on with life.

Have you ever dabbled with DMSO as a delivery method? Do folks use that any more? It was all the craze back in the 80's but I don't seem to ever see it used with MJ.... I just assumed there was a reason.

Sue, you should contact Morglie, he has a thai leaning zamaldelica. If you've been hanging out over at ICmag you should also look at the ACE vendor forums. Zamaldelica was bred especially for the perfect trip weed. You need to find the thai pheonotype though. I've grown it out and cloned it for a few runs but it wasn't the trippy one. I believe you may have sampled some a couple years ago. It was a strong cerebral buzz. The right one would be great for your cobbing method.

The reason is the instability of the DMSO. It’ll carry any molecules it’s in contact with into the skin, to uncontrollable depths. Too hard to control and replicate.

Dave Groomer discovered that ingested it creates intolerable body odor. Lol!

It’s still something we look longingly at, but Cajun was the only one among us who saw it used in clinical practice, and he didn’t share particulars before he moved on to the cosmic playground. He had this silly idea that it would go over our heads and he’s be tied up explaining all the tecnical jargon, something he never felt all that comfortable doing digitally. Never could get him to understand that my job was explaining things in simple terms. That's why I hooked up with him in the first place. Lol!

Someday I’m sure someone will pick up that ball again and we’ll play. It’s be a godsend for topicals, and Cajun said if you were treating cancer you’d be crazy not to explore it. Someday.

I have a hard time myself, trying to keep up. Two new threads in a week, with another on favorite oil recipes right behind in development. I don’t slow down, apparently. Lol!

Neiko, thank you for that. To listen to Tangwena describe his Zamaldelica buzz is to crave that experience. Lol!

Good morning everyone

The deed, she is done. :battingeyelashes:

Now I spend my time joyfully preparing for my first cob attempt. At over 3.5 anticipated, I can try more than one. :yahoo: Oh guys, this is gonna be so much fun! Ok, I gotta do something about food or the body's gonna rebel. I'll catch up with your joyful selves in a bit. :ciao:

The way this curser jumps around when composing and the rediculously slow speed of composition is a little maddening, you know? I'll live through the new platform install because I'm relentlessly hardheaded, but I'll be so glad when these issues settle down.

:hugs: Morning Sue....sounds like you need this!! Also, @Grow2HealMe should be a group hug!!

Hope everyone is having a great morning!

Hijack over.

Ahhhhh...... :hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs:

My favorite kind of hijack, and with the extra special affection of Sunday hugs too. :battingeyelashes:

Morning, Sue. Your Malawi looks great! Do you have a clone?

@neikodog - What did the Thai Zamaldelica look like? Is it a common phenotype? I just got 6 Zamaldelica seeds and may start a few of them soon.

Morning lazyfish. Thank you. :hugs: This genetic line was damaged, and it shows in her leaves. I'll have to buy seeds for the next one. I'm down to one Carnival seed too. Hmmm...... I guess it's time to take a look at that catalogue.
