I took a break in my gardening chores to catch a buzz with Pigeons 420 over on YouTube. For that shared hoot I reached for ChemDawg. Glad I did. This does make a delightful morning buzz Hash Hound. I will definately be interested in a clone when you reach that point.

Weekly Update: Veg Shelf - Friday, July 7, 2017

CBD Critical Cure 2.2.1 (Day 63) I'm falling behind on drenches, my weakest link in the chain. I set the alarm for the next Brix, to be done right as lights go out in the tents. The girls on this shelf will get a light misting too, despite the fact that they get an additional 8 hours of light. Both plants did get a TransWater drench on the 3rd.

Her color has improved significantly since Upcanning. I'll be more alert going forward to keeping soil supplies up to date. I'm seeing great promise here.

Yesterday I started dropping the chicken wire on her for a few hours (more like about 8 hours) and she responded nicely, but there's still a way to go, so today she'll get the same treatment.

Carnival 3.1 (Day 63) Her color is also improving. Poor dears. I put them through a lot.

It's really good to see green returning to her though. She had me a little worried.

Looks like she'll do a fair job of filling the real estate, eh?

The azalea pot in the back is the suspected Lamb's breath seed I brought back from Jamaica. Still nothing poking its head out. Should be any day now.

Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies (Day 32) This was taken right after lights came on. She hadn't wake'n up yet.

She became my starting point for Hempy H2O.

I have nothing but good to say about her. A few more weeks and she'll be in the flower tent.

Scott's Dark Slide (Day 4) Looking happy. Growing roots. I could start playing electro music for her. Lol!

Scott's Dark Slide 2 got planted. She hasn't come all the way open yet. I just this minute pulled the last of the membrane off her trapped leaves.

Weekly Update: The Tiny Closet - Friday, July 7, 2017

Overnight growth of Devil's Carnival (Day 36). I'm fighting a battle I can't win here. Lol! I've been considering that I may need to adapt the tiny closet for flower and find a way to raise the lights. I'm thinking she's gonna need more than 5.5 feet. She was upcanned to 10 gallons on the 3rd, at which point she also got a TransWater drench. I'm looking forward to giving her that first Energy drench.

Still waiting to see something significant on secondary growth.

Raised the lights.

Carnival 4.1 (Day 41) My current favorite. I'll tell you, those Grow Better nutrients are showing me a side of Carnival I'd not been treated to before.

Her secondary growth is starting in ernest.

Amazing leaves.

No roots yet on either clone cutting. That one I took at 21 days of flower is struggling. It's a good thing I have faith in the process and don't really need it, just in case. I'm still holding a perfect record.

Weekly Update: The Tents - Friday, July 7, 2017

Early Flowering

I'm learning to kick the air on first thing in the morning to keep this room cool. Obviously I still a bit of learnin' to do.

When Tead found mites in his garden I freaked and checked everyone out, most particularly this bushy baby. No way do I want to go through that again.

No signs of any bugs at all.

CBD Critical Cure 2.1.1 (Day 92, flip + 12) I'll be cutting the next clone in two days. I'm liking this system of Dave's.

If she doesn't stretch anymore this week I'll get her a smidge closer to the lights.

Man! I've grown really fond of this strain. I'm beginning to feel comfortable with this strain and Carnival. Carnival still gives me some fits, but they turn out consistently superior product, and that's what it's all about.

Ultra Dawg (Day 63, flip +4) Pretty little thing, isn't she? She's still adjusting to the decreased lighting, but she appears to be happy with her new digs.

I'm hoping she comes in close to two ounces. Her clone cutting looks absolutely gorgeous!

I'm still finding my groove in the flow between spaces, but so far things are running smoothly.

Finish Tent

Candy Cane (Day 55) I just realized she's the only auto I have running at the moment. Huh! That got away from me. I'll be starting another DDA soon.

Im figuring another month, possibly a little longer. She's just getting this dance move down.

Carnival 4 (Day 101, flip + 43) I'm satisfied with her progress, considering how badly I damaged her leaves. She's plugging away like a champ. That's all I can ask for.

Trichomes are beginning to establish their territory. Early scouts have appeared.

Carnival 3 (Day 126, flip +74) Begging me to take her. She started to eat the fans in a more accelerated fashion.

These are the ones that fell of with a touch. Yep, this girl is as close as they get.

She is exploding with foxtails. I have never had this happen with a Carnival. Graytail, have you ever had this happen with one of yours?

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the end of the nickle tour. I certainly hope it brought you a level of joy commensurate with mine. Sharing the garden is one of my favorite things, so I sure am glad you all like to indulge my creative endeavors. I'm gonna finally jump in the shower, get dressed at long last and get myself out into this luscious day before the next storms roll in. The river calls, and I have an overflow of joy to spread.

Does yer shelf come out of yer closet ? If so go buy some closet rod holders, the round mount the rod fits into, and some smaller sheet rock screw inserts.
Then u can move the closet rod up high and run yer lights off of it

I've had a few days of high temps, but I keep it below 86 now, typically around 82 with the air conditioner running in that room. I just checked, and the trichomes are still overwhelmingly clear. Another day, at least.

If it's lathe and plaster a screw should hold

Try a test screw , a wood screw if u have one, see if u can pull it out, if not yer good , if it isn't tight then use the same ones, but test it 1st to be sure they hold

First off, Tead's going to be real excited to hear we found another disciple.

I use empty gallon vinegar bottles, and they fit right nicely into these heavy duty trays.

The 2 liter bottles require some way to keep them from tipping over. I use these bins for them.

It's a trick of the light Night, but you certainly got my attention. I pulled her out and got a good look.

That's a sheet of trichomes reflecting the light. The other day I let her dry out by mistake and all the upper fans died off.

That cola is still shooting off more pistils. She doesn't want to stop. Lol!

This is a look at what's below that encrusted crown.

Got a good look at all the colas. Still mostly clear.

She's not my prettiest, but she's working on being one of my best harvests.

I have plaster and lath from 1903. I may have wood screws, but I gave most of the tools and related items away when I began culling my possessions. I'll figure out how to get it done. This was the kind of thing I used to turn to Dale for. *sigh* At least I kept the drill. And some bits. Lol!
