Hello
I apologize for my absence. I have been toiling the last few weeks away and it looks like I still have a few weeks to go.
I do have an update with pics though
First, Minty....
While it could still be too early to tell, I think Minty is leaning toward being a male Check the pics and see what you think
I don't know, it seems to look like a ball and have a stem under it. I'm not trying to be a downer, I just don't want to put the autos in harms way. However, I did almost supercrop a branch while trying to take pictures, so I figured, F-it. If Minty turns out to be a dude, then the supercropping wont matter, and if Minty's a broad, well then she's been supercropped.
Either way, I gain experience. Although I'm deeply saddened at the thought of my first plant being a male and thusly being sentenced to death at an early age I guess that's the breaks.
Autos:
Doing wonderful! All Three!
Dawnie is budding! It's so cool to be watching a bud that I'm going to smoke grow right in front of me
I love it!
Steph is a tall lady. She is a little taller than Dawnie and hasent started budding yet. I think she's about to open her last set of leaves before the budding starts.
Aurora hasn't gained much height lately. She is quite bushy. Her hairs are becoming more visible, but they are not growing as fast as the other two ladies. She is really taking her time. Dawnie could maybe be done "on time" but I think aurora may be more like 90 days due to her stressful start.
Clones:
Pulled the plug on Fortuna tonight. She had some white mold growing around the bottom of her stem covering her hole in the rockwool. So outta here. I have the first off, I am going to try and pick up some more cuttings on that day. at which point if none of his first batch have roots they are outta here too.
I may be ordering some more autos and running another batch of those while I wait for the seedlings and the new cuttings to take off.
Seedlings:
The three Minty seeds are doing very well. One of which is much taller than the other two who are much closer in height.
The jury is still out on the Casey seed it's popped up but still hunched over and the shell is still on. I'll give it until tomorrow and then I'll try and gently remove the shell. Hopefully she'll be alright. she was the first to start to surface, but she hasn't done anything since, she still looks like she just popped. We'll see.
If you guys could comment on Minty I'd appreciate it. I'm not trying to mess around with males at this point. Someday, just not now.
Thanks! Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and all of your plants are showing lady bits and you are blessed with the best of buds!
