Stocking Up For The Apocalypse: Goody's Perpetual Grow By The Beach 2020

Thank you Boo.
The floraliscious is a product I have sitting here from crops a few years ago. While I’ve been adding superthrive to all my flowering ladies recently, this has also become a regular in flower. I like the idea of the humic/fulvic acid it provides ( through kelp) which I used to always have in my arsenal when I was a hydro/aeroponic grower. Fulvic/humic acid is supposed to help in getting the nutrients to the flower sites easier/faster. It smells sweet too, so Im sure it’s doing more than I know down in the root system, and hopefully scratching any itch the plant might have for microbes etc.

That GC has been a real pleasure, and yes she was a bit of a runt and still not huge.

about half the size of her average sister. But she makes up for it in the width of those flowers.

83 days old today. She just got the last of her water. In a few days I’ll start her into 48 hours or so of darkness.

I should clarify, and I also saw @Emilya mention it- I don’t put her in pitch black, (usually I need the tent right away) rather just out of the intense light.
She will sit in the corner of the garage where it’s sort of chilly and mostly dark. I don’t feel like the 35 w fluorescent bulbs out there will harm maturing trichomes. Just no direct strong light. And right around this time the last of the trichomes will be turning cloudy or amber. They are only about 30-40% there right now.
This tent will be the future site of a sponsored grow featuring @Atreum Lighting Hydra 1000
Looking forward to sharing that with you all.

Cleaning up my storage area today, and the bottoms of some jars ended up becoming something more useful.
@Carcass LRx makes the best mellow tasting (and the most plentiful) hash. The rest was a mix of outdoor Gorilla Glue and indoor GelatOG.

Made about 5g from 6 presses, and did one of the newest @Weed Seeds Express Blueberry which is still really fresh but made some nice clear rosin. This way I feel less guilty about early smoking ;)

This all takes place in about 20 minutes in my kitchen if everything is in place and goes well.
Of course no one is home and it went super smooth, but you can bet if the Girlfriend was here I’d have sticky shit everywhere.
I love the press. I don’t even use mine that much but it’s very valuable and convenient.
If you’re thinking about getting one, get one twice the size you’re thinking. It makes the job so much easier.

Smoke the best, smash the rest.
That's gonna be some nice resin indeed :p:love:

She’s getting there. The end is finally near. A few days out of the light and these will all be milky/amber.

Smells savagely good.

She’s in her little dark corner of the garage. I think tomorrow is the day.

She looks good enough to eat, though that would probably be a sticky mess.
I’d say Green Crack goes down as a success.

Well, yet another pleasant surprise from her. Weight.

I would have sworn that she’d make MAYBE 5 oz (figured closer to 4 actually) but apparently she’s a bit more dense than I suspected.
Final wet weight: 741g
With any luck that will net me 6.5-7 oz
Not bad for a 16” tall runt with no training.

I could not be happier with her. Dense, stinky yet sweet, VERY sticky- and a freebie seed.

Hope you’re having a great week, growers!

Smells strong in the garage today :yummy:
I bet it does! Congrats on a great harvest! You are going to love GC... it is one of my favorites. The last that I grew would go snap crackle and pop as you lit it in the bowl, with little blue and white explosions of trichomes... that was impressive pot! The bad thing about this hobby is that the good ones like that always go away so fast and you are quickly left with only memories of that taste, of the special way that smoke clung together, the high. The classic line is, someday I am going to grow that one again!

Fortunately, she didn't know she was a runt!
Great yield on that pretty little lady...Congrats on yet another outstanding harvest!

Exactly my thoughts, which is why I’m running Wedding Cake again. Never grown anything quite like it (was kind of my perfect weed) I was so proud of it and loved it so much that most of it has been given away or smoked already
Thanks for the kind words too. I don’t normally grow sativas and this one has really been fun. I got lucky that it didn’t get 4 ft tall, it’s in my smallest tent. Wound up being a great little plant that yielded as much as a big plant.
When I added up all my individual counts after I was done snipping, my eyes were wide when I saw it hit above 700. The density adds to my already piqued interest. Add in the beautiful fruity smell and the pink/purple notes- suddenly this sativa is pretty interesting.
Hoping it’s a sativa that doesn’t send me into a panic, I’m really more of an indica guy for that reason. Excited to see and taste though, and worst case, my friends love sativas.

Fortunately, she didn't know she was a runt!

Thank ya! Thinking you may have a similar yield coming on your sativa.

This plant renewed my faith that my GSC may hit over 8oz. Some of the colas on the GSC are as tall as the entire Green Crack plant:p and they FEEL just as dense.
Another crop now where I never went above 5.5 on MC and am reaching pretty sweet results.

Thinking you may have a similar yield coming on your sativa.
Maybe, but her buds are pretty "skinny", compared to that last Wedding Cheesecake - I expected that with
a sativa leaner though- I think she's about 5 zips worth....We'll know for sure in a week or 2 :)
Personally, I don't need much sativa, but your 2 younger brothers are really looking forward to harvest time...

Better safe than sorry, I’m not afraid to ask.
Nothing unusual about it. I cut mine with 25% vermiculite, perlite if it's not available. I plant my seeds directly in the soil once they've cracked. After the second set of leaves I start feeding a light dose of nutrients. Good luck. Easy peasy.

NOICE harvest Justin! Gives me faith in those little runts! Was gonna say if she’s too racy for you, you can cut her with some CBD......then looked closer at that package next to the much adored wedding cake and noticed it’s CBG for your next grow? Very cool. Looking forward to watching that!
It is indeed. They said it’s the first full CBG auto. I haven’t seen it grown yet so maybe I’m covering new ground here, which you know I live for. At the very least it’s great as a painkiller and sleep aid, and they make it sound pretty tasty as well.
I have some CBG seeds I got from legal flower I ordered, but I have no idea if those are male/female/herm etc. So this was a little pricey but should be something cool to experience and write about.

...and it came in this really cool package

Wow. So it’s a little seedling... so cute! You have a few options to grow that baby in and under! Looking forward to watching her grow. :)
Oh no it was a seed, that’s just a really good pic on their packaging.
Right now it’s about 5/8” deep in some FFOF under the new Atreum light until one of the other tents empties out. It will be under the NextLight eventually, I just wanted to get it poppin’
