Stocking Up For The Apocalypse: Goody's Perpetual Grow By The Beach 2020

Those are some beautifully cloudy trichs. Are those from the leaves or the calyx? If those are calyx, I’d say your plan will work out great!!
It is calyx. I believe we have a plan, and that makes me happy.
Thank you for your love and assistance and for checking out the journal.
Lots of love here today! Thank you to all who are riding along.

You know what Goody, you deserve the Love my Friend! You have an amazing setup bud! Keep up the great work!!
I appreciate it, happy to share my journey. It’s a lot more fun growing with you folks around doing your thing.

I’m not sure if it’s visible in pics, but just noticed the GelatOG auto clone is producing sticky trichomes at a way faster rate than the mother. The top of every branch is like glue, while the mother is ‘normal’ feeling sticky but not anything crazy. This is the Mother

And this is clone #1

It’s definitely got a mind of its own as a first branching gone wild. Being about 2 weeks behind it’s mother in flower, that crazy stickiness has piqued my interest. It wasn’t topped and is already getting chunky. Hopefully it’s like a resin factory for the next month.

Hey @carcass look at your child, she’s getting some rain today and filling out with stinky goodness. A way different smell than any of the other ones- more diesel/earthy than my sweet strains. I think if these have time to finish, we won’t be measuring in Ounces ;)

Damn, she's looking good!
She's got some skinny leaves compared to the two I grew- they had fat indica leaves, with a definite sativa kick to them- yours may kick a little harder, if the leaves are any indication...

I sure hope they finish- as big as they are, a couple pounds looks
do-able- you better order some extra jars ;)

The other one has the indica genetics covered a little more.
And thank you!

I just realized now that the WCC is finished that besides the 2 freak GG#4 “Auto” plants out here, everything I’m growing is from a free seed. These 3 LRx were from @carcass. The GelatOG and clones, Dr. S and clone were all freebie seeds with my last order. Pretty grateful for it all, and to have those being such producers just makes me smile.

Plus, they're all growing on 6 or 7 dollars worth of Mega Crop (each)
I figured the nute cost on the Cheese I grew outside last year- cost me apx. $7.00 to grow 9oz, so about 77 cents an ounce- it was a freebie seed too.

I believe I had some of that Cheese in November and it was great. Seeing your autos and your harvests with MC changed my whole style.
Change is good! I’m going to change up my drying style thanks to @Pennywise and the fact that I have a giant unused (working) commercial fridge in the garage. Originally was considering making it a giant jerky box but now I have a decent one of those anyway- Slow and low in the fridge, hoping to get some more flavor. I think I’ve been doing it way too warm and dry, so let’s try something new!

Let me know how that works- I've got an (almost) empty fridge out in the garage, but I'll have to figure a way to keep your niece out of it if I try drying in there- she always checks that fridge when she comes over, in her unending quest for "snacks & goodies". :)

A little night flash shot to start the weekend right.
GelatOG has about 10-11 days left, it has become quite the specimen.

Have a great safe weekend everyone and thank you for the love.

Thank you my friend! I love how this one is turning out, making my mouth water. Have a great weekend Sunny.

Not really an update today but I got a cool pic of the sunrise this morning with the current storm on its way out.

So beautiful my friend!

The little turtle boat plant is making flowers and is still fairly green (a little help from MegaCrop)

and here’s one of the other @carcass plants doing a much larger scale version.

Thanks to the auto genes (Maybe), this one started flowering a few weeks before everyone else, and might finish with a real bang if I can keep powdery mildew away.

The 3 GelatOGs, all with their own personalities

And here is the new CBD, with what’s left of the mother after today’s harvest. Not sure what I’m going to do with her except let this undergrowth finish a bit more.

I ended up with 650 grams wet from her (so far) not huge but plenty considering how far just a few oz of CBD goes around here. I’m happy with it and this clone I’m going to treat a little differently, and see if I can get a bit more bulk and less stretch. It already gets 4g/G MegaCrop, and this tent is back on 18/6.
A+ for a free seed.
