Stinky Snid's Nursery & Flower Shop - Welcome To My Perpetual Adventure

nice one Snid, great looking harvest mate. not sure about your beer selection though  just kidding mate, enjoy and thanks as always for sharing.
For me at least it doesn't taste like crap, I don't drink at all so it needs to taste good. Honestly that's the second beer all summer. Last one was when I went camping last week. They come for the beer but stay for the buds... Thanks to you my friend, cheers Partimus

Cleopatra reigns supreme against your buddy's two plants lol. I also meant to tell you, thanks for the reps! I haven't been on the web platform in a while and my mobile didn't notify me of the points.
I don't think it send you any notifications, it's always a surprise to see when you scroll down the user cp page. We'll have to wait for the official weigh in in a few more days, but I think it's going to be close. Obviously quality is not as good, but he did a hell of a job taking care of them all summer, most expensive part was probably gas. I've been waiting on this Tutankhamen for like 120+ days... And it's finally time :high-five:

Enjoy mate good job;)
Thanks Beast, lots of love brother :Namaste:

September 19th, Daily Update

OK now, we're back to a normal update. I've failed my girls this weekend. The 3 big autos were dying for some water, as you'll see in a bit. Big thing is the rack of buds drying right now at a near perfect 64% and being exhausted into the Tents for Odor control. I've done alot of trimming in the last two days and now it's Ella and Bella's turn tomorrow. Time to add some string to the drying cabinet. :thumb:
On with the pics, let's see how everyone is doing today...

Notes ~
Marylou is smelling a little cheesy already, that good Ole skunk #1 is not going to disappoint. Felicity has her broken stem to deal with but is all in all doing good. Her secondary growth tips simply exploded in length, while the top tips are slower. Maude has established herself as a healthy straight standing little seedling. Now topped she is soon due for some Jedi training. Marge is going to be an interesting plant, I've started the first left turn many more to go. She's going to be trying out for the Daytona 500 soon enough.

Notes ~
As you can evidently see the taller ladies are all very very thirsty. I got them fed as soon as I got home from work, no biggie... They're all filling in nice and thick, crystal especially. Debbie is one sweet looking plant, the smells of berries and tangerines and a poop ton trichomes.

Notes ~
Not much to say about the photoperiods. Ella and Bella went dark this morning for harvest tomorrow afternoon. Explosia is rounding the last couple turns and heading for the finish line. I'll start checking for amber trichomes in the next few days. I imagine she's due for one more feeding before the flush.

Thanks for everything guys, back to the weekly grind. Don't work too hard

Notes ~
Marylou is a shining example of a good start to training. Good symmetry and growth speed. Felicity has pretty much recovered from the snapped branch and is in full training stance. Maude has just begun her training and as you can see its the standard Snid cross-t flux just like the other two. Marge is going slowly but surely around the pot. I hope to get a full lap in this pot.

Notes ~
Hailey is continuing her magnesium def. I've removed a fair amount of yellow leaves. I'm under the impression that she's got of much foliage to feed with her root system. I don't know what else to do for this Beast of a plant. Bailey is coming along to look just like Jawsephine, huge stalky Colas filled right up with oily leaves and frosty buds. I've got the Rh down pretty good now, so bud rot is not as much of a concern at the moment. Crystal couldn't be making me happier. I love that lemony smell :) I plucked any fan leafs that I could with low effort. Debbie is going to wrap up sooner than anticipated. 3 weeks max.

Notes ~
When it comes down to it Acapulco Gold is on my bucket list of strains to placate my pallet. It smells very strong of a deep dank bud smell. Explosia is on amber watch now, I took a glimpse on her tops and found a few. I'll do a more thorough check in the days to come. For now since she's dry, I'll flush her good and clean with a bucket of water and florakleen. It's countdown time a put it at 8 or 9 days till harvest. :yahoo: she seems quite lonely on the tent by herself. But she is definitely in the center spotlight now.

My biggest of thank yous to those who have followed this photo grow, it's going to be a doosy when it's all said and done.
:thanks:

Hey snid I f#@&d up. Here is a pic from day 60 after nutes, watered again 4 days later. At day 68 went to feed again and all her leaves are dried dead. I watered and put her back in cabinet. This morning I took her out and ditched most of the dead leaves but there is a bunch to go. She seems to still be taking water but??? The frost is unbelievable sorry I didn't get a close-up. Do I let her keep going? Turn off the lights? Please help

Omg Lupey, that's awful! She looks like my couple plants after my food poisoning. How do they look, I don't think she's going to put any more size on so I'd just chop her and cut your losses. Shitty deal, it hurts for sure... Sigh... How does that happen in a week? Was she unattended during that time... Poor Lupey and JezII :(

My advice is start another seed and cheer up :cheertwo: it happens, not sure what it was... But it happens.

The buds will be smokable but will surely not be the best tasting/smelling. I used the buds from my Winnie as a filler for my joints, I put mostly better strains then add some of her to fill it up or like my Bubblegum (also lost during sickness) that I made bubble hash with or even butter. Like I was saying, she's done. Recovery is not possible this close to harvest and she may just die on you completely. If you want you can flush her and prep her for harvest, but my suggestion is cut her and use her for hash or butter. Cuz the smoke won't be the most pleasing.

Tough break boddy, KIG :green_heart:cheers

My bubblegum was nothing special either but if it were me I would flush her and dry and start to cure and at least try the smoke it may not be so bad and if it is then you can always still make a tincture or whatever but with the time and money invested I'd have to try the smoke at least

That's awesome Ohioboy, happy they got to you. Since I live in Canada I'm not able to receive them. And you my brother were the first person I thought of, but then you got yourself some Fox farms trio if I remember. This will supplement well, but the bug and fungus stuff is what I was dying for. Now your outdoor plants will be fearless against bugs and disease. From a brother to another, you're very welcome Ohioboy. Make good use of them, seems like a good deal from SnS. I owe any thanks received to them, as a dedicated sponsor.

Plants look spectacular as usual. That AG is gonna be a good ass smoke. I've been wanting to grow that for a while. Let us know how it smokes buddy.

Cheers
Acapulco Gold is one of my bucket list strains, it smells like a great smoke right on the stalks. Smoke reports are upcoming for the Tutankhamen and my white Widow clones. Glad to have you visit again, and I'm happy to see you around the forums now that you're somewhat back to normal. Thanks for everything 4x4grow,

KiG :green_heart:cheers

What a great thing of you to do brother! I have noticed your generosity over the months, you my friend are an inspiration to everyone here to love and respect one another, and to give a helping hand to not only those in need, but those who have helped or inspired you as well.

On another note, I didn't know we couldn't get the SNS sent into Canada even though it says all natural lol.

It couldn't have been said better my fellow Gardner snid is a brother with a heart who I feel has a good soul an old soul as a sense of community I dyed of capitalism. He helped me and didn't even ask (even tho I offered) for shipping fees. He just wanted to help me out a fellow brother in the community in need

It's not a big deal, I was planning on sending it to someone in the US if I ever one any of contests. No sense in them being unclaimed...right? I've got more nutes than I need already, glad to make someone smile. I've seen ohioboy struggle from the gutter (no offense), camping in the backyard for his girls. The dedication this guy has for growing green is incredible. Now ohioboy is indoors and out, and has made huge strides in perfecting his grows. Talk about inspirational, I'm just a dude with little :green_heart: that just wants the world to be greener.
Thanks Dick, all the best to you ohioboy.

Lol, no big deal?? Maybe not in your eyes my friend, but to many of the people that stop by your journal and will see this, it means a ton! These are the sorts of things we need to see in the world, whether you needed those nutrients or not or even if you could have gotten them, it's the kindness and generosity that all of us keep seeing from you Snid that makes a whole world of difference around here. There needs to be more people like you around :) Like ohioboy said, you have a good soul, we all see it every day here.
