Sticky's Almost Perpetual Grow

Sticky - can I ask you what your camera lens and setting is?

Your pics are amazing.

I wanna reach in there a grab a freshie and give it a crush.... and I dont even have a press yet. lol :roorrip:
sure thing bob ok first off I have a Nikon d3100 which is a pretty nice camera it is 6or8 years old so out of date maybe but it takes good pics im am simply using the macro setting on the camera and a tripod the camera has a timer on it so once you get it all lined up where you want it press the button and about 4 seconds later it snaps the shot and your not touching anything which is important because you want absolute still of the camera and the plant so if you have fans going on near the plant your taking a pic of you need to turn them off also lighting rite now im using a light pole that has 3 large cfls that are 6500k I put them rite over the spot im photographing you want a lot of light that's how I get all those colors the flash nullifies a lot of the colors if you have any more questions ask away my friend and good luck I look forward to seeing your pics I love looking at your plants!:)

ok skybound here ya go bud this is the soul diesel at 56 days so you need to take into account that I left this plant in a 1 gal pot until it was root bound trying to slow it as much as possible because I still ha almost 2 mos. left to veg her plus shes crowded in the 3x3 so I cant train her like I want but as soon as those ts are done in the flower room im moving all the veg plants over there where theres room to spread these girls out get em ready for in the ground cant wait I love growing outdoors well enough babble on with the pics lol!:)

while I was doing this I went ahead and took pics of all my veging plants first this bb is 30in tall and is becoming quite the bush how big is thing going to be come September!:D
black doggy!

jack herrer!
and the rest!

That Soul Diesel is plenty big for only 56 days! In rockwool, going to rootbound is a fairly good thing. I just potted one up yesterday that was so rootbound that the root hairs grew into the microscopic pores of the plastic pot to the extent that I heard the pot tear from the root mass, lol. Of course in soil, you guys have to deal with transplant stress. Is there a tonic you can use to charge your girls up in preparation for a stressful event? For me, it's just a root inoculation with some bennies.

At any rate, I'd expect a pound from that SD as big as she is. Perhaps a phosphorus supplement from weeks 4-6 if possible?

will see how big an lb would be a good thing as far as transplanting goes I water them up real goo the day before and spread mychos around the new soil and put it in no problem I don't usually get shock they just look like nothings happened the guy that will be mostly responsible for growing it has a good system that works well so it should be good and big lol!:)

your first plant looks like a green screen. Nice even color, just what I'm trying to dial in with my new lights. Everything looking good today and may need to up the nutes even more. And that JH of yours is quite a looker as well. Just beautiful plants man!

Your pics are good too... ;)

beautiful, you've got some real skill with those girls.
thanks bud you no the tripod really makes a difference and the camera timer to so your not touching anything I try to tell people how important it is to be still and whatever your shooting needs to be perfectly still the rest is skill im still learning but that's the fun of it!

No man, I mean the pics are great but I'm talking about the plants today. I've seen some great colors on plants and CM's entry this month has some stunning colors but those purples, lavenders, and all the other colors you get are amazing. You said you don't do nutes. Are you cooking your own soil?

I do mix up my own soil and moisten it and let it sit for a couple mos. and let it cook is that what your talking about I really think its the strain and the lights they cause some of those colors I have to admit this is a first time for lavender leaves they are cool looking ill pic out a good one for next mo. potm just for the hell of it!
