Sticky's Almost Perpetual Grow

My spaces afford me about 9 weeks even per each site which is about 2 weeks more than you're going, so already I feel better. I'm hoping to replace the Triple Cheese I have finishing up now. The TC yields very well, but also has very thin branches that like to snap themselves off in the middle of the night, and with all the rave reviews I saw on Weasel's journal for PC, I opted for PC over Ayahuasca Purple which I still have in case the PC doesn't work well for me.

Well shit, that's definitely not what I'm shooting for. I aim for at least 1 pound per plant, and OG Kush taught me that's not likely if the colas don't stack. My PC at 5 weeks looks pretty much like your harvest, golf balls everywhere. I want donkey dicks or gorilla arms, lol.

Edit - I think I vegged this one for about 12-15 weeks before putting her into 12/12.

yours turned out a lot better than mine I posted a pic of an outdoor grown plant that one yielded like you want and it doesn't look like ours either mine are from barney which is where he got his btw ogs aren't big yielders but the smoke can be killer!

Not true, just gotta veg for more than 10 weeks, and if the genetics are good yielders, the grower will take a pound from hydro every time. In fact, when I was using HID, I never got less than a pound until OG Kush. I'm using a little more than 400 watts of COBs now and just took a few grams light of 20 ounces from Triple Cheese, and when reading the descriptions of TC vs PC on Barneys or Herbies, the PC suggests bigger yields. Also, the finish times are the same small to big plants I would think. I can attest that big plants generally finish roughly as advertised. I'd bet even in soil, if you coax the roots to grow quick and fill out the pot, you'd only need to veg for 10-12 weeks to pull off a pound, but that's just a guess as I've never grown a female in dirt.

My personal best is 8 oz from a single plant. But I'm a soil guy. I'm sure you hydro guys do a lot better. But I'm just trying to keep myself stocked. No one else. My wife doesn't smoke. I'm more of a veg for 4 - 6 weeks and flip. I'll have to check out your grows. It is fun watching the explosive growth in hydro
 
I would say the most I got off an indoor grown plant is about 3 oz I veg for 4-6 weeks then flip my wife doesn't toke either its just me I give a lot away to family members and a couple friends I give more away than I smoke lol they all love it I think I said my son grows hydro he grew one called sour bubbly he got over a lb from that one I think it might have been an auto but not sure growing hydro really blows them up!
 
I've never grown an auto, but after being subbed to Woody for some years, I can see autos have been greatly improved with selective breeding. Woody had some autos that grew over 12' tall and he needed a painter's ladder to trim it. That was outdoors of course, but still, for me to build a big enough skeleton to produce that much fruit takes me many veg weeks, but when I put them into bloom, they're mostly around 2 1/2 feet tall and wide. Training aside, the method I use is a potted plant in rockwool mini cubes and just top feed it as needed with hydro nutes. Even when I was using GH and taking on every toxicity and lockout imaginable, I was still consistently getting over a pound per plant. I've since stepped my nute game way up and mix my own concentrates from salts/RO and can designate how much of each element the end result will be in elemental PPM. If any of you want the crash course, I made something of a tutorial in my signature. It's still a learning curve, but if you give a plant a set regimen, you can observe plant growth and make adjustments for successive rounds. If your son doesn't use salts, I suggest you link him to that thread. I have a lifetime supply of nutes for about half the investment to buy into GH just once. Hydro growers buy water and the trade off is they have less control so can't really change the feed to account for deficiencies or toxicities.
 
ive grown a dozen autos I will usually start them In a 3 around april indoors then I throw them outside and they finish outdoors in the hot sun they are usually about 2 ft. not much yield I just like to watch them do there thing sounds like you and my son are growing pretty much alike he uses r/o and top feeds like you idk if he uses salts or not ill ask him hes also using some ceramic or quartz lights im not sure but there bright white light I do like watching you hydro guys blow them plants up!

same here I want good smoke that tastes good and has a nice uppy high the og is good for that these two scoops are a newer strain im testing these they are indica dom supposed to taste like the old orange push pops this strain is all about terpenes in the description it says very powerful which by the breeders standards is pretty good its not going to take your head off but if it tastes really good and has a good high ill be happy
