Herbies just recently announced that they have the GT seeds in (If I remember right). If you can figure out a way to pay for them. And to be honest, I've never seen them out of stock at Ace. Not that looked more than a couple times.
I order my stuff from Ace directly. Those guys are cool. My Panama went for shit slowly over the last month and a half. And then it changed and went for shit extremely quickly over the last week.
I got desperate and emailed Ace about it - thinking they'd direct me to that other forum where they have a member. Instead they asked me to send photos and info and then gave me all sorts of help on how to grow it, and the Malawi and Thai as well.
Turns out the Panama needs twice as much feed as my other sativas and I've been starving it to death.
Anyway, it's cool to be able to chat with the guy who actually grows and breeds this stuff and knows it intimately. I don't know any other seedbanks that will do that. Not that I've thought to ask.
As for the GT, it is strong, yeah. I don't know if it's stronger than the Malawi. But it's the most perfect sativa I've found so far, personally. I always find something I don't like about a strain. Malawi is great but a little too speedy. GT seems to hit that sweet spot of just feeling plain good, but functionally good.
GrIzz I sometimes end up at ICmag. Reading those conversations is kind of like listening to Trump or watching a bum digging in the garbage bin with his ass hanging out- kind of fascinating but depressing and I can never get halfway through a thread before saying 'Ugh' and quitting.

Anyway, she's doing quite well.. Planning on; you guessed it: keeping her low and even. She should be quite bushy; the topping was at node 5. If the lower branches grow fast/big enough, I'll top them, too..
Just for fun, and cos the seeds showed up, I chucked a couple of auto seeds (freebies from the last) into the dish-clam to germ... They'll get 3 weeks min of 18/6, then 12/12.. We'll see what happens with them... I don't care about them, so any extra weed will be a bonus.
Gonna keep this journal going for the time being.... Maybe start a new one for the flowering..we'll see..

PPS!! The First Lady is in coco/perlite; GH Flora nutes. Using "grow" switch only on my light ATM; plant seems to like it..
One LED array disabled on the Reflector seems to be working a treat. Temps are down; so is RH. Hoping my luck from today holds a bit so I don't have to buy another cheap light... I want my Hi-Par!!

VERY happy with Seedsman!! Had bits of packs for a couple; The LSDs came in the individual blisters, and a piece of TNT Kush label.. That's it. No dramas. If I got the packs it'd be just more cool stuff I can't look at often or ever show anyone!!
The bitcoin thing is not so bad: just a bit of research and picking a "wallet" account... The one I'm with is fully legit, Australian based. You gotta sign up legit and get verified, just like a normal bank account.. Other overseas accounts/wallets won't have this. But all BTC payments from this account/wallet are anonymous and untraceable. Apparently.
Deposit from your normal bank account, and you can buy BTC from the account/wallet itself; makes it a bit easier. Then, when you go to pay someone, you get a special code for that specific transaction, which you send the BTC to.
Yeah, everyone seems to take it now. The bitcoin mob I'm with can even give me a card to use atms..! Crazy
Sounds like the go for sure, most of the stuff I have seen has been overseas or shonky looking, will defo message you when I'm ready to grab the details of the one you use, sounds nice and easy

OK a quick pic update..
First Lady is coming along nicely. Bushy, green and vigorous.. Nodes are very tight; will raise the light to the top next grow...
My FIM worked (i think..) YAY! I've got 3 tops, the smallest one is the original, cut one... Pretty stoked; my first successful FIM from 3-4 attempts.. Shaky old hands; poor light and quickly failing eyesight make this a pretty neat trick for me, so I really am happy.
The 2 autos are up; one of them cracked on the very tip of the seed.. The shell split 3 ways, was kinda cool. Thought the seed looked dead at this point but the next day a nice little tail awaited me after work. Seed case got stuck..I let it go a day hoping it would fall off but in the end I had to pull it off (more shaky hand stress). One coty is yellow and it seems a bit small.. I guess we'll see.
They are: Auto Seeds Polar Express (PE) and Freedom of Seeds Little Kushy Auto. They will go into small-ish pots as I'm not too concerned with them...
Speaking of autos; I saw Seedman now stock Fast Buds Seeds... Anyone try them, by any chance?? Some of their strains look VERY tasty...
WAY back when I first decided I was gonna grow I was thinking autos.... That changed pretty quick, but I could be talked into another go,. with the right seeds....

Howdy, Y'all!
Yet another long absence for me; no inlaws to blame this time.. Just little ol' scatterbrain me... Thought it was only a week since I was last on here....
But I have been thinking of y'all, and I've got almost 60 pics to post to prove it!!
Bit more DIY this time, as not much plant activity to report, other than the fact that the First Lady is looking VERY good. A little small for 5 (!) weeks, but tops and nodes all over the place; she's been FIMed and defoled a couple times, and is green and healthy without any trace of stress or deficiency; nice thick stem, and strong branching. Pretty happy about that! Alternating nodes and sex organs tell me she's ready to go; might flip today...
The two autos (PE-Polar Express and LKA-Little Kushy Auto) are doing well also; expecting a growth spurt on those soon, pending their response to this mornings 5 am upcan, which was pretty clean and easy for a change, thanks to the tiny pots with straight coco I plant all my seeds in.. Unlike the final upcan for the FL: will explain later with pics.. If I do flip today, I plan on giving them extra hours of light (outside the cab), even just for a few more weeks, to make sure they get a bit bigger as flowering starts for them..
Still umming and ahhing about cab upgrades... I put a bigger internal fan inside the cab, bought on special cos summers almost done, and with a few basic mods, is working a treat. Pics to follow.. Was gonna get one of those clip-on fans; 10 bucks at Bunnings instead of 50 at a hydro shop--What a scam they are!! But went for a small desk fan instead.. Also about 10-12 bucks..
Still want more extraction, and at this stage am planning on using a 200mm bathroom vent fan; it's JUST quiet enough; I think the new circ fan is louder, and the CFM is just enough to do the cab 5-ish times per hour.. Need a new ceiling in the cab to do anything, so it'll be a major operation, which is why I'm procrastinating on it... Might do it today if I get the time..
The other DIY is my Hempy pots.. See pics!!
The only thing I really need at this point is advice on how to get a seedling in coco/perlite out of a small pot into a bigger one!!!

Dammit; the uploader sux!! They're all in different order. Date filenames mean nothing (big grumpy sigh...).
Ok; the hempy pots. I got my buckets, marked where one litre levels out, and punched a hole just under that.
Then, I cut sections of electrical conduit with a 45D angle on one end, and fixed these with wire to the inside of the bucket to make watering/feeding easier, and so I wouldn't have soaking wet, moldy perlite attracting bugs or whatever.
Black pots to light proof the res, so now I pour a litre of solution into the tube every 2 days, so there is always fresh nutes wicking up into the roots...
I guess you guys know how this works; sorry!
Then I cut and re shaped some coat-hangers into half-circles, and taped these to the outsides of the buckets to give me easy, all-access, any-angle tie-down points for training....
They work pretty well! The one I'm using (the second will be saved for the next grow) is pretty much dry after 2 days or so, so I know it's working. And the LST "rail" is awesome. Something I've wanted to do for ages..
These are the fan. I just removed the factory base, and attatched a bent metal bar using the fans original angle adjustment set up, added a few rubber washers (from roofing screws) to the inside of the fans bracket so I wouldn't crush it too badly when tightening and viola!
Petty simple..

Looking awesome bro man that's a lot of pics love your idea with the fan, I'm going to steal that and use it in mine I think clips that come on them fans are useless, only place I have to clip them to is the corner poles which doesn't allow air movement and the tent sucks in around the back of it

Go for it! I got it out of the box, and went "Shit. It's garbage.." The stand, I mean..(and the cable is two-prong, and one of those really skinny power cables that screams "MY GOD, I"M CHEAPLY MADE!!!!!! CROSS THOSE FINGERS WHEN YOU"RE AT WORK!!!!!!"). That's also why I felt the need to put those rubber washers in there... 1mm plastic walls. The metal bracket-bar I used weighs only a little bit less than the whole fan!!
I almost bought a smaller, much more sturdy, all metal desk fan that had a little 'L' shaped base that allowed 360D movement of the actual fan housing...even had a heavier-duty, earthed cable/plug, which I am always a HUGE fan of when you know it's gonna be on all the time...
But it was too small and weak, air flow wise.. Spewin'; it was a much better quality fan, for, like, 2 bucks more... Coulda bolted it anywhere..

Bunnings should have a sale on fans coming into winter, going to stock up on a couple of wall mounted ones The most I have got from one of those clip on fans is 3 months and for the last month it was making a horrid grinding sound when started up and wouldn't spin unless manually spun first

The most I have got from one of those clip on fans is 3 months and for the last month it was making a horrid grinding sound when started up and wouldn't spin unless manually spun first Awesome, cant wait to see the bong bro

Yeah.. 40 AUD delivered. A Mobius, which, apparently, is good. Looks nice and heavy, like maybe 3-5mm glass..doesn't say.. Straight, 10inches high..
