Stanks Go Perpetual In 2018!

I have the sweetest deal ever. I pick up the "expired" food from our local grocer 5 days a week. The stuff is nicer than what's in our fridge because it was for sale the day before (and our fridge lettuce can look like a lab experiment). I get produce, dairy, and bread and the pigs FEAST. They literally eat better than 90% of Americans...no doubt. They have plenty of sun, field, water...they have the LIFE. As we say, they only have one bad day....
LOL....but its a doozy!!

My bro and dad always go the bread distributer and get garbage bags of "expired" breads for 5$ for there animals. Usaually expired that day or the day before. Brings it home freezes it and use as needed.

I literally feed my pigs hundreds of dollars of (expired) food a week. Artisanal breads (@$5 loaf!), pounds of fancy cheese, hummus, olives, potato salad, pies (!),...the meat products go to the chickens. All that in addition to 30-gallon trash cans full of produce (fruits and veg). I signed a document saying I wouldn't personally eat it so I come home and see my wife buying the same thing I just fed to the pigs. I swing by eggs and jams periodically as a thank you, and I let them know I respect it as a killer deal for me. If we raised "organic" pigs I wouldn't be allowed to feed them ANY of this...it would have to be straight "organic" grain. SMH. We haven't bought meat in a grocery store in almost 5 years...

Well my backs been kinda acting up the last two days. Think I over did it a couple days ago and aggravated it so I am paying for that.

I watered the Blue Dream, the little Nukehead and surprisingly the Jack Herer (only 2 days after her previous watering) yesterday. Man that girl is starting to really drink!!

We also kind of tinkered in the flower tent a bit this morning. We were out of room vertically so we were able to tweak the light hookup a bit and gained another inch and a half. So the Stankberry should be ok for another couple days. She has about 8 inches of room above the tallest bud now. If she gets much taller I am going to have to pull the filter and fan out of the tent in order to raise it any higher (gotta check to see what that might net me in terms of inches to play with).

Aside from that, I gotta do updates on the flowering Stankberry and Nukehead and another one on the White Widow.

Also that Northern Lights is really growing fast now. Safe to say she isn't going to be the one I use for my 'staircase' training LOL.

Oh and I gotta take the two clones off the Blue Dream girl.

Awful quiet in Stankland. What's on the agenda today Van? For me it's working on fence repairs. Weather sucks azz. 34 and north wind. Gonna need a bowl of Jack the ripper for this project :)
How do you like the Jack the Ripper? Thats TGA right?

Stankberry #1 Flip Day 22 (Day 15 with Hairs)

She is still growing....upwards unfortunately. Standing about 43" tall (and some change), she only had about 7" left between her and the light. Ms Stank helped me raise the Spydrx Plus up about another inch and half. We will watch for another couple days. If she keeps growing, we will take the filter and fan out of the tent and run it on the outside until she is harvested.

She got a little over a gallon of ACT on Wednesday and is drinking pretty good. She might need another drink tomorrow.
Frost is just now starting to be visible on the flowers so things should be getting interesting going forward. I have high hopes for her in terms of yield! Guess we will find out in about 7 more weeks!
