You are starting to plan your life around worms, I love it! When I mentioned a worm farm to my wife she was disgusted and thought I was crazy lol. Been pretty wet around here causing the worms to come out of the soil and across my driveway and they die, so many worms lost that could have been in a farmMorning all, hope everyone having a great week.
Spent more time out in the veggie garden yesterday. Almost everything is done, should be able to finish the last raised bed today and then get the carrots planted (I hate planting carrots.....the seeds are so flippin' small). Ms Stank is taking today off to help with it so we should be able to get it done today.
Then we spent time recouping all the used Stank Soil from the 5 plants we have harvested so far this grow. Picked up 3 more 18 gallon totes and have them breaking that used soil down now. Going to start throwing scraps in there this week. Will probably start moving worms into there in 2 weeks. We are starting to run into a food scrap shortage so we were talking last night and think we might do a once a week food prep specifically for the worm bins.
Ms Stank up-potted her Hindu into a 10 gallon pot last night. I figure 10-14 days and she will be ready for flipping. Not sure which one will be ready for flipping first.....the Hindu or the White Widow. I am thinking the Widow needs about that same time for vertical growth before I am ready to flip her.
Will be doing updates of the Widow and Big Blue later today.
