Stanks Go Perpetual In 2018!

Stankberry and Blue Dream Updates

These are all still on the young side so like always all the work is happening below the soil line. No visible roots on the Stankberries yet but man are these things growing tall. I have them directly in front of a the smallest fan to continue trying to strengthen the stems up some. All in all things are progressing nicely. As always, no nutes being used here.....Living Organic Soil and ACT drinks only.

I sure hope it did!!!! I am very interested to see how that turns out! The ATF isn't the most psychedelic Sativa out there so I am curious how it combines with the Malawi!

Probably a dumb question, but if I don't ask I won't learn. Above you have photos of the Stankberry plants and mentioned they are day 2 of vegging. What determines that? Is there something that happens that I'm missing that moves the plant from being a seedling to being in veg?

I mentioned my stages at some point in this journal but I can't remember where it was so I will gladly recap. For me, I use three stages. Seedling stage is from seedling emerging from the soil (Seedling Day 1), through Seedling Day 7. After Day 7, its officially in veg. I use this for the perpetual only really and more so for scheduling purpose. From there Veg Day 1 until the flip. Not saying anyone else does this or its ever been done.....but for me it works.

There aint No dumb questions beez, I was kinda off guard by that one to. It does make sense now to me :)

To me. When nutrients are introduced around day 20, I consider that in veg. Stanks got his Stanksoil, so not sure what constitutes veg for him.

Bonus Update - Harlequin Roots and Up-pot

Morning 420! Hope all of you in the North East are enjoying the incoming snow. Will have to shovel later today.....woot woot! Anyways, Ms Stank decided it was time to up-pot her two Harlequin plants. She says she has a feeling she has a male and a female plant.....guess we will see. She did a great job getting them up-potted while I grilled some chicken.

I have to say she was about right on target on her timing for up-potting. Its one of the reasons I love using the clear solo cups....it takes the guess work out of it and makes it hard to screw up the timing (barring being away from home).

I expect to see the Harlequin really start to take off over the next couple days.

Harlequin Veg Day 15

Its been a couple days since Ms Stank up-potted her Harlequins. They are definitely reacting very favorably to their new homes for her. They are continuing to green up really nicely in their bigger pots. I believe we are going to wait another node or two develop before she tops back down to the 4th node.

Continue to water with ACT only at the same strength as I have described in the past updates and will continue with that until I see something different from the plants. If it ain't broke, I damn sure ain't gonna try to fix it.

Tent temps are hold between 71 and 84 and the RH is holding steady at 55-65% with the humidifier running on the lowest setting so our environment is about as good as it gets right now.

Here's the Harlequins
