Staker's 2017: SSSDH, Killer Purps, Dolato, Candyland & Breeder's Test Grows

i was just at gyo and they have singles of ecsd 20.00 each got three fems and a free world of seeds kilimanjaro and a spliff master kush,i want regulars don't no if they'll ever have those!

You mean the ecsd(h)? CSG gear? Worth the 20$ per imo. I can probably make some regulars of that pretty easy, by growing out some regular SSSDH seeds and using a male to hit up the clone. I'll do that anyway so I have some stock to work with.

The hard work is making the reguar, SSSDH. I could do that too, but I'd have to find a male SD IBL to hit the SSH with, and go through that process. Maybe better to just wait for a male and just chuck the pollen on the next one in flower, as there will be a sour in every tent going forward. :) I'll be sure to send you a few.

Beautiful plants CS. They are budding up well for their age. Should be a good show.

I can't describe how it is to have her. I have been keeping it in check, as not to be to excited about it until it happens, and then till I got a clean grow with no pests, but wow. She's unlike anything I've had before, and is more than I ever thought she's be as a plant. I've seen enough. She speaks my language, I'm so glad. We will be close, close friends. I'll dose her up, and she'll dose me, that's it. I like em simple. She's stunning in how she builds buds, just wait, I'll show you.

Here she is in coco, which is certainly not my forte. I don't know my ass from my elbow in hydro or coco, so I'm either lucky or she's pretty easy. I've upped to 1.5ec, keeping her on what I imagine to be the on the low edge of full nutrition. I could go higher ec easily, but she's taking the proper time to green out, and she seems happy enough. I don't want to jam her up, she's an 80 day lady, so not a quick hit and run. The coco mix, if I wasn't too stoned at mixing, is highly mineralized, so I'm feeding just Ca/Mg/A&B synths over oganic amended coco. I am running bacteria and enzymes as well, some light molasses. Basement mix, Royal Gold. Can't wait to run her in a bio-style soil/coco mix, where I have at least a clue about what I'm doing. Couple more photos coming up.

ECSD Day 21of 78

That little upturned tongue of a leaf sticking out from the calyx, is one of a few things I use as tells for Sd. :)
The uniqueness and variety of types of leafs she throws are also a tell. She throws singles and some have an odd whale fin look, and duckfoot looking cola ending triplets.

This girl is the SSH, Sativa pheno. I don't like her structure so much, but she's filling in quite nice and she'll probably smoke well. She doesn't smell as much as her sister, so I've been kind of ignoring her. She'll probably go longer, she's looking far more hazy. Day 30 Flower

Grabbed these with the phone.... can't get the iphone app to work, so back to the computer, and then posting. I'll check with someone about it soon, but if anyone knows of an known issue, it'll save the mods a question.

SSH Indica pheno, Day 30 Flower is reeeeeking so sweet, like honey, bubblegum, berries and astringent spice. She should yield a nice bucket of real sticky buds... probably 34 days left for her, which looks like she'll make given her development.

Slurricane Day 30 of 12s. What's to say. She's a turbostigma machine, just pushing them out. She's tall, strong and healthy for sure, and the buds are getting pretty big for her number of days. I kept a cut just in case.

She did have a great smell early on, but she's in the back and it's getting full in there.

Chem D, Day 30 flower

She's a great great smoke. Among the best balanced weed I've ever smoked. You get a little bang at the beginning, but it's great for long sessions, or if you smoke all day. It just stays level and strong. Not sure if she's better than last run, but she looking pretty dam acceptable. This soil has less P and more K than my norm, so she's a little unhappy, but she's only got 37 days left. I'll take it.

This girl has me captivated as well. Both her and the SD have some allure that is beyond the norm. My long time friends here have read a full page of my rants about the texture of a leaf, or the shape of the fingers of a given plant. These two plants have lots of character, and I'm having a blast soaking in all the details. Maybe it's the lore, maybe it's the way she makes her own rules. But she's a cherished being in our house.

Great shots man. Slurricane is a prom queen. Let's hope she puts out, and doesn't give you blue balls. ;)

I can tell you're in love with SD. LOL! It's good to be that excited about a plant. After all, that is what it's all about. Even if you make money out of growing, it still needs to be your passion.

What is that chem smelling like now? Getting any skunk off her?

She should put out, she's a magnet for PM so I may pull if I see even a spore. No skunk yet, it comes later if it comes, you gotta be pretty dialed for that, around 23C, 40%RH in the last couple weeks. My last one it was there, but not at all loud. I let them get a little dry though, and they like wet feet in soil. I also had to wash, with lemon and H2o2 cuz fucking pm lol. I'm at about 77F or 25C now, and if I can keep it there, I'll have a shot at it. I might move her out of the light too so she'll be about right temp, RH should average out to that. Fingers crossed.

Are you a fan of that skunk smell? I definitely am. I often pick it up in the chem/og lines.

I LOVE that smell. We used to get the skunks, we almost never knew which, but going around back then was RKS, RFK, MSS, back in the the 90s and they were so inconceivably stanky. I don't know you get them down there, but it will clear city blocks due to the stench, when you run a skunk over. It only takes the slightest bit of it to register in your brain...just that type of thing, it grabs you by the nose lol. Love it.

Yeah, no skunks in South Africa, but the smell has been pretty well described by others. Most notably as burning rubber. Green Beaver have embarked on an RKS project. They are using chem crosses and apparently they're getting close. Have you seen that Chem's DNA has been mapped? 25% skunk in it's makeup... let me see if I can find it.

LOL! I think I can guess. :cheesygrinsmiley:

i always love looking at your plants very nice there all coming along very nice you do make them pretty and don't worry about the no smell ssh it could be the one,but the indica pheno is prettier, your d looks a lot better this run your getting that one dialed nice and frosty and the slurry is a showpiece for sure hope it lives up to its hype, and yes i love the skunk lol when my wife and i are driving the road and theres a dead skunk in the road i always tell the wife i want to smoke some of that shit lol!
