Thank you. Ive learned alot by seeing how she is reacting. Next ghetto scrog should be better planned out. She is exploding. Only a week under the screen and shes reaching for the sky!

thats why I love a scrog. it gives you things you can actually see happening in real time. very entertaining.
the extra bit of yield helps a small amount too:)

That first plant looks older because Spimp beat the hell out of her. Road hard and put away wet. He actually was just killing her with kindness and love... :rofl: But she still gave you some love back in the end :bong:

That second plant looks absolutely fabulous!

I want to point out something to you. Its minor but maybe something you will want to consider on your next SCROG. See how you have 1 or 2 unused rows of screen. I think what you are doing is using the pipe cleaners to tie the plant to the screen for an LST effect...

What may be better is... as the plant grows push the tip of the plant into the adjacent square. Then as it continues to grow push it out of its current square and into the next one it can reach. So basically you wouldn't need the pipe cleaners to tie it down because the screen will be holding it down.

So all those current tops would be at the edges of the screen and new bud sites would be where those tops are currently.

Yes sir. Seeing how the inner shoots are catching up that would have been ideal. When I started putting them into the holes, I was thinking the inner shoots would all just be popcorn. But I see now they are trying to catch up and become tops.

He is right. I underestimated how much the other bud sites would explode once the tops were in thier spots. I actually am only using the pipe cleaners to position the buds for better ligh. I kinda tried to do what Scarfingr suggested, but once again I underestimated the stretch. I pondered a double scrog last night as you suggest. :hmmmm: Im not ruling it out tho.
I think I may be better off just trying to keep the canopy even with twist ties on this one and plan better for Blue. She got her first Let Spimp Try session last night. :) Ill have some pics up in a bit.

I keep forgetting that thisis my first non-topped grow so that cola is gonna just grow and grow. I should started it at one end of the screen and worked my way down the line...
