I will be using the 'today posts' and browsing much more now than catching up for 2 hours before I can generate any content. I will still be checking in on Everyone as much as possible, And to be honest, many of you have been with me for a long time now. Im sure I will stay sub'd to several threads but the count will be closer to 10 than 400.

Thank you sir. Did I mention my temps have been in the 70's for the last day?? With basically no exhaust! Doubling the height really allows the heat to go to the top of the tent and away from the plants.

Best $76 bucks Ive spent so far.

Awesome to hear my friend. Can I just say that with having your CFLs coming downwards inside that reflector vertically may not be the optimum use of the bulbs. BUUUTTTT WAIT FOR IT! You sir, seem to by my eye, to have built a deep enough reflector set at the perfect angle to bounce that sideways light from the bulb perfectly down on your girls. Good mathematics and + reps

I did do a little math to try to find a good angle given the angle of the tubes. I tried to get it close and also within the parameters of my tent.

The girls look like they are loving it. Nice tent and I to love the reflector setup.

Its not perfect, but the added light + the height for heat disspersment is already making a difference!

I agree about the lighting situation. I had the aluminum sheet and snips in my hand at the sLowes. Couldnt really afford the 25$ at the moment so I got the 2.49$ emergancy blanket.
There is no possible way to put a HPS in there without venting. he 20" septh is sweet, but any type of hood is gonna be squeeze and without a gap on the side of the hoods(like a 6") that heat cant escape. But Im happy to cfl it for a while.

I have made a Descion regarding my activities on 420.
I am breaking my "Sub Bubble" and will be spending more time helping noob's and reearching. My subscription total was over 400+ treads. Much of my time wasspent trying to 'catch up' instead of actually helping where I could. Most ofthe Threads I was subed to are much better growers than myself, so my limited experience was not too much help anyway.

If I had the time and ability I would Sub to every grow Journal and thread because you guys Are the Bestest Imaginary Friends Ive Never Had. Without 420 and you guys, I woulda killed my seedlings (again) and never had the joy of harvesting my own Meds. Now I will spend more time helping others destined to fail, and hopefully get them through the first grow. We all know if the first fails, the chances of a second dimish drastically.

Also, I really want to get dialed into Soil. I need time to research the microbiological life that can organically provide for MJ. Im sure Ill still dabble in Hempy and other techniques, but I want to educate myself so I can help others. Hopefully all my friends here understand I am striving to be a better helper here and that makes this place better.

Spimp you are hands down the funniest guy I have encountered on here. OMM is pretty damn funny too, but you make me laugh more than anyone else. And I don't mean a little chuckle. I burst out laughing all the time from your posts. I think it is pretty cool that you are dedicating yourself to helping new people, I see a MOM win in your future

Ya the autos are basically a bonus at this point due to the turture I gave them earlier. They have everything they need in the new soil to fix them, but it may take a few days for thier roots to find them. Got some def's, mostly P,K but I fed so now just the wait.

Good news is my photos and the new autos are doing great! And even the clone is showing a tiny scrap of life. I inspected her root area two days ago and there were some bumps forming. I have figured out the most likely mistake from the clone. The soil was not compacted enough around her root area but hopefully I fixed that. She is 95% dead, but 5% is 5%

Rainstacks, I try to keep it lighthearted humor. Sometimes people may think im being an azz but I try to avoid it. Thanks for the support sir, I want everyone to be as happy as possible all the time.

Doing great Light Addict. I just updated my D&S experience on DP's thread.

I had a scare with stage 3 feeding where Ihad a very very low pH. I fed with stage 2 today and everything came out very good. 6.5 pH after mix. Im just gonna assume I f'd something up the first time

My Older two autos (tortured) are showing major signs of P defiency. Ill feed with some stage 3 today to hopefully fix it.
My sprout Autos are looking good and got there first nutes today. Stage 2 D&S.
Gitmo is still a little transplant shock. She is tall and leaves look good, but she is swaying enough that I can tell her roots havn't spread out yet.
Gizmo is doing great. She is putting out the 8 new tops I had hoped for, and she has offset nodes which are producing sites as well.
Clone-io is barely hanging on. She has sucked up all the N from her leaves which are now getting brittle. But the interior growth is slowly getting bigger which gives me a 5% chance of hope. I should have compacted the soil around her stem more for the first week as the perlite mixture had her trying to root in air basically.

Ill get some pics up today for ya.

Sounds just like I did spimp, gave up on my tutt clone as she was almost neon yellow brittle and buggered! when i culled her I checked and had the same issues, Soil not compacted around her so no chance really. You live, you learn, you screw up and try, try again!

Exactly sir. My biggest problem was when I checked her last, she had bumbps forming and swelling. Just enough to make me not toss her!!
