Autoflowers mature start to flower when they feel like it and sometimes due to a change of conditions. I've had some that waited 4 weeks to start flower others can start as soon as a week and a half. No there's no way to get them back into veg once they start they start take my current blackberry she's just three and a half weeks and is flowering quiet nicely should start developing resin glands maybe next week. It's really up to them. I've seen grows were people added nutes to soon and the plant decided to start on the first node. I've always wondered it adding nutes kicks into flowering or when the roots hit a spot thats a bit rich... Might be something to test out on my next one...
