Flower Day 42

Classic girls will complete six weeks since flower development began. My feeding chart has eight weeks of feeding so I use that as my expected average end period. Fear could easily set in if I even have the thought of harvesting everything at one time. Fortunately, I think the odds of that happening would be fairly high. I'm high. :bongrip:

I used my little point and shoot camera for the bud shots and it appears that the exposure settings aren't right. Oh well. I'm high. :bongrip: I took a shot of my CMH auto but it was totally out of focus. She still has some pistils developing and trichs are all clear and hopefully swelling.

Classic girls got their last feeding yesterday with 1 TBS Big Bloom and 1 1/2 Tsp Overdrive. They'll be on straight water from here on in and will quickly begin using stored nutrients for the rest of their bud development. Lower leaves will begin losing their green color and will show yellow or perhaps darker shades.

CD and BD got braced up yesterday with some bamboo stakes. ASD may finish without additional support; yet I still need to get more stakes because of the clones in flower.

Clones will get a feeding today. It'll be half strength Budswel in bubbled water. I like to use bubbled water and spent a brief time studying ozonated water the other day. Interesting stuff.

So I'm off to breakfast and chores. Have a great day folks.

Jim they are quite gorgeous especially Miss Blue Dream. She has wonderful color, density, shape, you name it.

Something in this tent is going to have ShiggityFlip style trichomes. It's good to see you're running around again. I have dental work in my future too I feel. :bongrip:

Flower Day 43

After taking pictures I just sat there....that's it. I sat and soaked up the beauty of these buds. Freakin' tent is full of buds. So I imagined little ladies adoring their tea roses in their green houses. Back to reality. This is cannabis...flowers and medicine.

Chemdawg showing some nutrient toxicity on leaf margins and tips. I guess it's been showing for a week or so but I wanted to point it out and explain that it's not likely an issue at this stage in her life. There's that old saw about not growing leaves but growing flowers.

Panama appears to have the most complete buds and the camera just doesn't display the size properly. They're not baseball bat size but there's plenty of time for additional stacking. I am blessed indeed.

Blue Dream has that super light green hue going on which begs the contrast of the bluish buds.

So I'm off to breakfast and then to help build a ramp. Have a great day folks.

Flower Day 44

I should take a picture of the stool I use to sit with my girls. It's a camo hunting fold up thing. I'm trying to remember if it's comfortable and it must be, because I surely love to sit there. It's just better than kneeling. Then again, I could be just attracted to beauty within the tent and the Classic Girls are sure easy on my eyes. :adore:

I just realized I haven't uploaded any photos. BRB

My wake n bake this morning is my product from my first girl or actually the re-veg grow of my first....Bag seed "Mary". I'll never know her origins but she came from a very small amount of herb given to me by someone in November 2014. It's a strain that gives one a pleasant cerebral high for a couple of hours. She gets better with age.

I think that ASD will probably finish first but that's just a guess. All the others continue with discernible pistil development even some fox tailing on lower bracts. There's always something interesting to see on these colas.

Have a great day folks. I have to help the ramp ministry again today. This time to take a ramp down.

Impressive plants. They look perfect. Well done!

All the way through Jim, that Chemdawg has been a stunner. She looks so elegantly collared by her fans. Just a beauty Jim. Your whole tent is a feast for the eyes. :dreamy:

The Chemdawg has been catching my eye too. :cheesygrinsmiley: And that's a pretty impressive Panama - frostier than the others I've seen, including mine.

He does have that magical quality with his grows, doesn't he Graytail? This is commonplace for Jim. When he started he buried himself in study of nutrient use. Looks like he awoke a sleeping talent. The man amazes me. :circle-of-love:

:thanks: and :welcome: to my Grow Room. They've done a wonderful job absorbing what I give them.

It's been a pleasure to grow her. I also hear she's got one of the best highs going.

Coming from a grower, I truly appreciate those comments.

Although I trumpeted these as Classics, my expectations were only moderate. So obviously my joy comes from four real treasures. The challenge is getting through the next few weeks. :bongrip:

Sometimes what I learn is reluctantly withheld. Because I wanted to appreciate the aesthetics of these buds, I decided to not do any back building.

The rest is just attempting to stick somewhat to Foxfarm's feeding chart since I'm primarily using their products. I don't claim organic but feeding is similar except its maintained in a bottle. Baccto, KIS Organics, the Guano Co and Mars-Hydro get the rest of the credit.

Flower Day 45

I tried to spare you all the out of focus shots from this morning. I know I'm pretty fooked up but I should still be able to operate a camera. Hell, I'm having trouble typing this morning. So I'll quit and just let you have a look.

Too cold around here anyway. This old southern red neck doesn't like 18o F weather.

Flower Day 46

I thought I might harvest Crazy Miss Hyde yesterday....she just looked that way but under the loupe she's clear so I cleaned her up, and watered her well with everything else. Straight water for all the girls - 4 gallons distributed throughout both tents.

The flowering clones are getting interesting in their smaller pots. Two of these pots are 1.75 gallons and the rest are 1 gallon.

Classic girls are stacking their buds nicely. They're on their own now. My job now is to prop them up and give them light, water and a good environment. I'm still working on humidity reduction in the house. RH in the tents at the beginning of this day was 55%. Temperature a few minutes after lights on are around 73o F.

I've had vintage White Widow in my pipe and vaporizer. This was the last 1.1 gram top bud. After almost a year's cure she's gotten a little hot/bitter on inhale so I have to moderate the hit. Exhale is much more pleasurable...a little pine and something else. It's still very powerful.

Weather is cold crazy too with frozen rain. Only crazy people drive on this stuff.

I just sat with them this morning and I'm fairly certain they're all happy. I hope you all enjoy your day. I have nothing on my schedule today which I need to change. OK...I'm going to wash laundry after I wander through a shower. The older you get, the more you really appreciate hot water.
