I'm amazed at how big some of these plants are in such small vessels!! Equanimity's/skunny's plants are huge!!! Almost as big as some of the autoflowers I've grown!! lol
 
I've just measured my tallest at 21", she's the one in flower, in the airpot with about 3" of coco holding her up. The standard solo is a similar height but my modded nute tub one is half the height

This is the abstract for the application for patent by the GW Pharmaceuticals. You can guugle the application number US 20130059018 and read the entire application. It appears that someone is trying to patent the oil.

I'm no genius but I'm not sure it's possible to patent the oil itself, since it occurs naturally.

What I'm certain CAN be patented is methods of extraction and production. Maybe they should be pursuing that.

I know it's the Blackberry Kush, but that sounds funny for some reason. I'm cracking up about that comment & I don't know why.
