hey buddy just have a quick moment but you should look into Hydrologic RO systems. Xlr8 and others on this site have the same one. I have 100GPD that was $200 but the 200GPD is like $300 and produces less waste. Perhaps you could up the Micro or Grow a bit? Did you ask Corey?

In response to your concern about running your well dry, it's unlikely since the ro process is pretty slow. I have a 100 gpd and it actually makes 40 gpd. Not sure if it has to do with water pressure from well versus city water pressure. But the point being even 100 gallons per day shouldn't run your well dry. That's not much water, 4 gph. So 150 gpw is just over 20 gpd. My well is deep because I have low volume and it still produces 6 gph. I'm not sure but I would think 8" pipe is about 1 gallon per foot meaning you have 200 plus gallon res. hope this helps.

Thanks for the info Mainbud,I have 60 psi at the pressure tanks so I think im good there, im wondering if a system like this could be used for 2 seperate taps? one for our drinking water and one downstairs for the ladies?

I use my ro system for my drinking water too. Best tasting water I've had. The remineralizing filter gives it good taste. Most ro water has no taste. That growonix is a massive unit. Expensive too. Perfect water has a kit that comes with a 25 gal tank and tap for drinking . You could tee off and fill both drum and tank. Also it's designed for well water.

Also 1:1 waste ratio

money isnt really the issue its speed im looking for. My hydroshop has this one, 1000gpd and its simple to hook up.I dont really want a reserve res I would rather just fill it when needed.Its also 1:1 ratio.

res changes would only take an hour with this system. Im also thinking I would have to change the filters alot less with a system this size so I would probably save $ in the long run.
the growonix systems come with manual purge too so even longer filter life.

i just picked up a reverse osmosis system from sunflower supplies for $125. i also picked up a float kit and shutoff for another $25 that is not listed on the site that allows me to run a reservoir that automatically tops itself off. if you call there ask for Ryan.

absolutely bro, Having the lights at the right height and switching to bpn has made all the difference, this run is going to blow the last one right out of the water, im thinking around 8 pds and once I find a heavy yielder closer to 10 pds a run

lmao...I hear ya bro, im so sick of winter! I cant wait to get these autos going, the cheese I have on the go is 37 inches tall and it has to be the easiest plant ive ever grown in my life! I think ive plucked maybe 8 leaves from it and fed it when its hungry, they are definetly the way to go for me in this climate
