Soil - Hydro - 2400w Led - 2000w HPS - 8 Strains - 1 GPW+

Re: Blue Planet Nutrients-Soil-Hydro-2400w Led-2000w Hps-8 Strains-1 GPW+

Heres the pic WildBill sent me if anybody is interested in how to mainline a mature clone, you might have to copy the pic and blow it up to see better but its pretty much exactly what I did. Im just going to let the 2 branches grow 5-6 inches like Sensei said and bend them at 90 degrees then let them grow an inch or 2 and top them. Im very exited to see how this turns out. I ll probably be doing this to all the clones I took for the next round. wish me luck and thankls again WB:)

Symetrical topiary.

it makes perfect sense to me. even distribution of nutrients through the "main lines" that promotes even growth through the whole plant, all the tops are the same size, no small spindely branches. I think I will start a "mainline" thread when I start training the next round:)

I gotta say...to date using several different big name brands of nutes I have never seen the ph and ppm's stay so stable. In the last 3 days from flip the plants in the system have drank right around 10 gallons of water, I set ppm's at 1530 and ph at 5.6. 3 nights later and 10 gallons less ppm's are at 1480 and ph is at 5.8! That is awesome!! Hats off to Corey at BPN:bravo: you have made a believer out of me sir:) One kit is not enough for a round for me since I doubled the plants so I will be placing another order for a kit in the next couple of days, you just got yourself a loyal customer:)

ps: the plants look absolutely gorgeous, I ll do an update tomorrow night:peace:

Main-lining does require extra veg time.
You can go with 4 to 64 kolas with this tech.
Keep in mind the more kolas you have you need bigger
buckets or pots. 8 heads will require a 7 gallon pot.
I think when i read this someone tried this
outside with a 64 head beast. In a 100 gallon pot.

Im trying my hand at mainlining, the problem is I cant seem to find a good example of it done to a mature clone. Evey pic I can find it was done from seed and before the nodes start to alternate. Does anybody have any experience with this tecnique? will it still work like this?
I top at the fourth set of leaves and LST Supercrop the crap out of my girls
Here are the before and after shots

As you can see...lotsa nodes = lotsa buds :cheesygrinsmiley:Reps for asking the right questions! Some strains are better then others for this...but I really don't "mainline" ....similar, but different!
