Its going to be fun to follow this grow. I hope you take many photos of how you circling the stem and the FIM later. I really have something to learn about keeping these girls low.

ProblemChild, thanks for stopping in! I am vegging under a 2' x 2bulb high output T5 combined with 4 26W 6500K CFL's and 2 26W 2700K CFL's. I don't really have a plan for the height, but I can probably get them a little over a foot tall before I switch to 12/12. Also, sorry to disappoint, but the God Bud did not make it this far. Those seeds were about 4 years old and just didn't have enough energy to do anything more than crack the shell. These seeds are from a friends home grow that he started with purchased seeds, I just don't know what they were.

And Burmese, there will be pics after every piece of twine I add. The topping probably affected how far around the pot I will make it, but you will definitely be able to see my intent!

Just watered today and I am thinking I may start adding nutes either the next watering or the one after that. I will determine that at the next watering. :MoreNutes:

Time to blaze up some of the homegrown I helped my neighbor out with. Stuff turned out very potent for random bagseed! :tokin:
 
fluroman, good to have you! Thanks for the compliment on the LSTing. As for your question, yes I will be tying the lower branches down to fill in the open space on the pot. I think this will help me get a more even canopy and to achieve my goal of having multiple colas.

Hey there everyone! Got some updated pics for you all of my babies. You will be glad to know that MB1 is looking like she is finally into production mode. New leaf sets and vertical growth, so I hope she catches up soon. MB2 and MB3 are looking great. Branch development is apparent daily. These pics are from yesterday, but you can see they are great. Now MC1, she's got a little issue. My guess is nutrient burn. I'm not adding nutes yet but the FFOF can be hot for some strains, and this one is different from the other 3. I'll just be keeping a close eye on her. Well, here are the pics!

Finally is MC1. Looking a little droopy and the leaf tips are burnt, so clear nute burn to me. She just must be sensitive, so I will be careful with adding nutes in the future.

Hey everyone, gona be postin up some pics later today when I get home from work. Watered the ladies last night with another RO-molasses concoction. MC1 was still looking weary, but my other three girls are looking very nice. MB1 is surprising me daily, and MB2 and MB3 are really kicking up their branch production. I am going back and forth on when I want to flower. If I switch the lights during the first week of November then I will be harvesting sometime in January. But, I am not satisfied with my vegetative growth yet, so I may just hold off a week or 2 more to try and get more out of these girls! I am primarily working the timing of everything based on MB2 and MB3. I figure anything I get from MB1 and MC1 will just be a bonus.

Well, I guess I should get some work done while I'm here. Be sure to check back for pics today!

Hey Smokey looking good! You could easily move those girls to hempy if you were so inclined. I did that with a plant about their size 3 weeks ago and she's rocking. No matter what you decide they look great and good luck!

Hey BlueDog, thanks for stopping in! And I don't think I'm going hempy with these girls, but definitely when these are done I am moving over to the dark side. Just seems to be so much less hassle for extremely healthy plants!

And finally is MC1. Still looking burnt out, although the yellowing isn't spreading. I'm sure she is a little stunted though. The FFOF must have been a little too hot for this strain.

Well, that is all I have for now. Everything else has been very steady. Thinking about adding some nutes into MB2 and MB3's diet after the next watering. Enjoy and have a great weekend!!

Hey Smokey, Can't wait to see how MC1 does... :lot-o-toke: If she's not getting worse, I think she'll pull through! Everything is looking great! They're all doing very well.

You should be good on the nutrients! They're getting pretty big so I think they'll be wanting it soon.

I wouldn't give them full strength nutrients just yet though. Start with 1/4 the normal dosing, then 1/2 before you fully charge them. You don't want to create a big shock or anything :P

kylester, good to hear from you bro! Thanks for the concern, and I did plan on 1/4 strength to start. Learned that the hard way with hydro about 5 years back. :lot-o-toke:

Next is MB2. I clipped 2 fan leaves from her to get more light on the branches.

Finally is my sickly baby MC1. Don't know what to make of her yet. She just seems to be very sensitive. If anyone has any thoughts on her status they are certainly welcome.

Now all the ladies were watered tonight with straight PH balanced H20. I will definitely be adding nutes to MB1, MB2 and MB3 on the next watering. I want to try to push these girls for 2 more weeks and then I'll be flippin the switch! Can't wait to start seeing some colas!!

Bluedog, not feeding anything to any of the girls yet. Just straight FFOF, which just seems too hot for this one strain. No problems like this with the other girls. And I PH exact as I can with the traditional drop tester.
