SmokerJoe's Indoor Organic Soil Bagseed Grow

Im not entering nug of the month. It was member of the month

Lady V I didnt forget about you. I am going to try and take micro pics on a few of the nugs so we can see. Will put those pics up today. Im still around its just been very busy over here the past 3 or 4 days.

Well this is what we got. Its very hard on my arms to try to hold the camera the hangars the magnifying glass and take a picture. The camera shuts off right when it gets focused. So this will have to be fine. Once I get a better camera it will be a different story. Also im not sure I should try to throw the plants back into veg when they are so many weeks into their flowering cycle? Will it work since it is so far along? What will become of the large nugs that are already there? Or should I not do another cycle and just let these finish? What are the pros and cons of each idea? Let me know

Also my gf asked will switching it back to veg reduce the thc when it is time to harvest? Thanks again

Thank you everyone. No opinions on if I should plant new plants along with the ones in the picture or should I just flower the plants in the picture?

Br does all of his on 12/12
so it would be up to you but much better if you have a separate veg space

Hey jaga. How are you? Not to much going on over here. I planted 14 seeds only 2 popped and made it out of the seedling stage and only 1 survived transplant into their own bucket. So im going to sow more seeds today. Perhaps they are just to old to plant. Those seeds are 2 years and up to 3 years old. I am certain I did plant the seed to deep. Is it possible then to plant the seed to shallow?

I don't think switching back to veg will decrease thc, but it will take a long time. people say that when you reveg you can expect to set your schedule back about 4 weeks.

in regards to seeds, yes, you can plant them too shallow. if they are planted too shallow they run the risk of drying out. I like to plant my seeds pretty deep, about a quarter to a half inch deep and I keep them on a windowsill where the environment isn't too harsh. I water over the seed everyday with about an ounce of water until they break earth, then I start my normal watering routine (watering entire cup and letting it almost dry out).

leaving a germinating seed in a grow room near a fan or too close to a light is a sure way to dry out and kill a seed.

From my pictures of the plants are they to far along to revert? Should I just let them finish out and the new plants put them right into flower or what do you think?

Keep in mind the earlier they are done in august the better since they inspect the apartment 1 time a year. They have done it in august and September and usually post a notice somewhere about a month in advance. No notice yet so i'm gonna either finish these to flower and stop until after or revert these ones that are well into flower and plant new ones let them grow for at least 2 weeks the flower. So you can see my dilemma.

I would not revert them. Plants can go 12/12 from seed and yield ok to well as long as you keep them healthy. I've noticed that the stretch really determines the yield.

You can also put your sprouts on a windowsill or take one light out of the grow area and veg them somewhere for 2-3 weeks. This will be easy because light leak during veg is no concern and neither is smell so you don't even need a tent.

I wish it were a option to grow elsewhere on a window ledge . I have a small area that will only hold 2 plants I use it to put the males in and from now on will put 1 female in there with 1 male and then put the female with the others after a few days. Ok I wont revert them and just harvest the 6 and any sprouts that go into flower

I mean if you think reverting is the better option then do it. again, you will have to subtract 3-4 weeks from your schedule.

It takes that long for a plant to revert? I thought it was 10-14 days

2 weeks? idk. I've never done it before, but I know I remember having a discussion with someone that's done it tons of times and they said more like 3-4 weeks if I remember right. if you do it let's see how they look keep track of em idk what more to tell ya. if they were big colas already I would say no way because I doubt they would even revert.
