Went to Home Despot decided on a 48" 6 bulb T5HO with a badd ass reflector for 89 buckaroos, bulbs not included. Come Wednesday it will be mine. IAGATP.

Nice Price! I may have to take a gander at the one up my way. Should 90min in an easterly direction make that big of a difference in price? Hmmm... we shall see. Did they have any 24" arrays for reasonable?

I have decided to wait and look around, I will keep Home despot in mind. Now that I have the funds I want to spend as little as possible. I fed the ladies tonight, with 400 ml each of BPN Farmers Pride Organics, mixed at crazy growth rate. They were droopy , after feeding they picked right up. My 150 watt incandescent died on me tonight, meh.
I am looking forward to being able to give them enough light, soon my pretties, soon.

Nothing wrong with wanting to shop around. Just downloaded this conversion app...You said you gave 400ml, when I put this in my app it says 27.0513 tablespoons, now does that literally mean 27 tbs?
1 US Tablespoon = 0.0625 US Cups
27 US Tablespoon = 1.6875 US Cups or 1 full US Cup, and then 2/3 US Cups.

Umm, I think when he says fed 400ml, he talking about the mixed product. Or 400Ml of water with nutrients added at the rate specified at the Crazy Growth on the chart below. It would be 7mlGrow-7mlBloom-2mlMicro per 400ml water

Went to Home Despot, did not buy the fixture. they did not have ANY t5ho or t8ho tubes. I hate that damn store. I am going back to buy it this weekend I'll buy the damn tubes elsewhere. Meh.

Hey, just a thought. Go to the Manufacturer's website of a brand you like, and use their "Find a Retailer" button. It might be cheaper than getting fixture and tubes separately. I did that for my Hydrofarm lights, and found my full supplier of all my needs just three blocks away.

All is well. I have decided to change my game plan. The current plants will be moved outside in April . Instead of making hella clones I will use the massive seed bank and grow what I have. Save time and money. soon to come, Hella Sprouts.

Report from the front, I waited until the leaves droooooooped quite a bit before watering. The are now standing tall, lush, strong, healthy, happy and sweet smelling.
My fence project took on a life of its own. A good friend ,and master fence builder, came buy to lend his expertise. Legally blind ,and can build fence better, straighter, and faster than I. My roomies and I estimate he could build 100 ' of fence in a day. So all the rails and posts are up, just waiting for pickets.
The Magic Garden will be taking shape in the next month. Poppies, snap peas, sunflowers, cosmo, borage, roses,tomatoes, assorted cooking herbs, strawberries, squash, scarlet emperor pole beans, and hella weed.

Yup... "Hella" if there was any doubt that you were from California, you just removed it.
People pick me out in California as not being from here when I say, "y'all," so hella sticks out like a sore thumb to me. Didn't quite know what the hell that meant at first, but I got used to it. Still think it's funny though when someone uses it.

I am a transplant from Louisiana. Hella is Oakladish. Bump City.
On to my update , the ladies are doing well. I have moved 2 of the lights under the canopy. The tops look great but the bottoms need some love. This extra light below should catch them up to the tops. No signs of nutrient deficiencies, no bugs , no mold, no fungus.
The two Fairy Hash sprouts are outside in the sun and have begun to show signs of sex. A few more days and I will be sure. No signs of nutrient deficiencies, no bugs , no mold, no fungus.
Clearing and weeding of the garden area will begin in the morning.
