Small 1st Grow Already In Progress Using LEDs To Flower & T-5s For Veg

You got a mars 2 900 and a reflector 96? Nice! That's going to make for a lot more light! The mars 2 900 is mine, the 3 reflector 96 are my brothers. He just started inside growing again, he quit a while back because of the costs of running 1,000 watt HID's was just a bit to much.

I sometimes wish I had some help to trim. That is one reason I quit trimming anything but fan leaves really. I pluck the fans off, anything with trichs stays on the plant, gets washed, gets dried with the buds and gets cured with the buds. No real trimming to speak of now. Its all personal use and few other family members that I give to so if they want the leaves off they can do it their Damn selfs for free bud lol

I helped him with his outdoor grow this year, well if you can call it help, I helped for about 24 hours or so.

the other way to look at trimming is gaining stuff to make hash, or tincture, rso oil wax, shatter etc.... all that frosty leaf material is prime real estate if its discarded i will cry

Yup mine gets put right into the pipe or the butter with the rest of the bud. Don't let it go to waste for sure .

Waste not want not. Besides, those trimmings are better quality then most of the smoke I smoked back in the 70's and 80's.

No joke my friend. I've been in contact with them for a few days trying to make it work for me but it's not possible. They have promised that when they get the 240v models they will ship me one with there compliments.

Only here at 420Mag!!!! Last year DC420 sent me his 150w hps. These guys have great hearts. I gifted mine forward to someone who would find use for it because I couldn't grow for a while. Now, karma has blessed me with a 400w. This one will meet it's demise here where I live now.

Congrats OG! Now when you become MOTM this month you can pay hours forward, it will be an endless cycle! And someday you will be able to eat the treats you make. Hopefully soon my brother.

Day 48 since flipping and whats new?
Temps/RH% are still a bit wacky high of 81/44% and low of 66/38% Would like to see lower RH% but it is raining here and will be for a while, may be time to start thinking of plan B.
I am not going to be feeding the girls anymore, and their last watering was just water with Molasses added. I will use molasses for at least 1 more watering perhaps 2 depending on how thirsty the girls are. Last watering, each plant under the scrog took 2 gallons.
I have been checking the trichomes closely. and still feel it is safe to say that I have a minimum of 10 days to 14 before I need to chop them down. I plan on doing a few stress related tricks the last 4 to 5 days of their lives, to get them to boost up production of oils, not completely sure it is going to work but with only 4 to 5 days till cutting I think it can not hurt to give it a try.
So here are a few pictures from this morning.

Now is the time these gals should start putting on the weight, I hope they will co-operate but if not that is fine too. Buds look and feel very sticky and I will be pleased with what ever I get. Looking forward to being done with this one and starting the next.
Hope everyone has a great Saturday, I will be going to the holiday bazar in Forest Grove today with the wife. Apparently they have a huge all day event going on and the whole community is involved. Should be fun to watch all the kids out and about.

Ok so I did edit my name and address out and replaced them with XXXXX's but I used the exact number of X's as the actual name and address so if you are a master puzzle solver, you may be able to figure out my name and address.
Way to many people on this site that are more deserving then me for MoTM, but who knows maybe some day.
It is actually my son who is the more stoked about it then me, he is a very good cook and wants to use cannabis more in his cooking. Hopefully once I go back to work I will be able to eat some of his tasty treats.

As for Mr Am4zins accent, I was thinking the same thing. From now on when he posts, "wow great job", I will be reading it as "Pip Pip ole boy, bloody well done."

I've seen it happen within minutes. I gave an acquaintance a small bottle of gene for new years last year. When I left him and went to go wait for the city bus, a drunken older man came up to me and handed me a brand new pair of gloves (I didn't have any on). The man tells me, "You look like you need them more than I do." I thanked him and kept on waiting for the bus, who then never showed to it's routine stop. I had to walk home that night, thanking karma the entire way for providing me with the much needed gloves. The interaction between the acquaintance liquor bottle and the glove man, was about 15-20 min apart. I remember it like it was last night. I still feel what I felt as soon as I had realized that karma came my way.

Holy mackerel Bearded Budz when you get the master to tell you the trick, pass it on to me PLEASE. I did do a technique that was brought up by fellow 420 member Light Addict, called Bud Building. Other then that I pretty much just did the very basics. My buds are not big by any stretch of the imagination but they are very solid and dense. Now with a 3rd LED light for my next grow I am looking forward to maybe a few bigger colas.

Actually now is the time that scares me the most. Close but no cigar syndrome! I could develop bud rot, I could screw up the drying process, oh there is plenty of chances for me to screw this up my friend, plenty.

I am sure it is the weather, wish it would dry up for oh I don't know, 2 weeks maybe
I am actually looking forward to getting this one wrapped up so I can get grow #2 in and flipped. I will need at least 1 day to prep the tent so any lone SM hiding out will meet their doom. Not really looking forward to the trimming, though my brother did say he would help me some.

Day 49 and it is the end of week #7 how time flies when we are having fun.
Temps/RH% were highs of 82/47% lows were 66/38% Temps are livable but RH% needs to come down, this high scares me at this late in the game. Everything is very very close to chop time, while I am shooting for 1 more week, it is anybodies ball game at this point.

so here are a couple of grow #2 warming up in the bull pens.

Hard to take pictures anymore with only LEDs since only 1 has the all white function on it.

Like I said I believe I have at least a week but it can change rapidly, so I will be checking on them daily.
