Silly Rabbit Brix Are For Kits! Sponsored Grow With A Perfect Sun Max Yield

Blasted them with 1/4ish strength brix last night. Knew it was time for drench but didn't do it, bad daddy! Looked in this am and 1 looked like a weeping willow, doh! I gave them a good GE and apologized profusely to them, I hope they forgive me! Before brix last night I pruned em up good and took 2 clones from sugar cane 2, the tall lanky one, just in case. I want a warehouse size grow room!

Have a Rockin Sunday and Labor Day!

Hope they forgive you :green_heart: Thats always my concern, the bigger they get the more chance of them
using up all the liquid reserve in the pot while I'm away :(

Been Trying to compensate by top dribble when they are close but that makes me think I am keeping the roots
from searching ? I expect your girl will be fine and probably better off as far as roots go

Also noticed since keeping the pots as close to exact DUNK time as I can I DONT See the normal lower leaf
yellowing like in the past ? Only recently lost the SINGLE BLADE first leafs so thinking the drying pots
are probably more the reason to lower leaf loss then the lack of light ?

Light watering on the top between full watering is actually good for the root system. It allows roots to grow in the top inch or so of soil. Normally it dries out to quickly for them to develop that close to the surface.

I have been told its also good for the Herd of Microbes living at the top of the soil as they need the water as well.
Just need to figure out the perfect time were the lack of water is at the best point for both worlds. I should have
it dialed in soon. Its a very fine line :) that I hope to figure out

:passitleft: Funny, you are! Didn't realize that I speak like yoda, hmmm kinda makes me wanna prelather my skin right about now before I get to his age. :ganjamon:

Now in all seriousness I'm purely an observer, but I do have some experience with my Dwarf Star and I did have leaf damage at the beginning too. In veg. Firstly, I had to go back to doing early veg back under my T5's until they were at 5 nodes because they couldn't handle my light.

Secondly, I had to put the light up really far, further than I thought to prevent light stress. Then once it hits preflower I bring it down but not any closer than 4 feet. Now the trick is, that I had to double my nutes/supplements because the light is so powerful my plants demanded more from me. So my feeding schedule went out the window and I doubled everything which allowed me to keep up with this superstar light.

Thirdly, there will be heat too, I realized that you get what you pay for in this "flowering light" and it's true to its' name "Perfect Sun." So I have to open my closet door which let's in the air conditioning to keep temps regular.

Now you have a semi-truck of a light, so I'm wondering how HIGH brix will welcome this light because from what I read, HIGH brix is almost commercial grade but for personal use growing. Which is a huge compliment, so I'm interested to see this HIGH end light, with HIGH brix set up work symbiotically. Who drives? Who's the passenger?

Sorry if I rambled, I just wanted to let you know I had the same starting difficulties as you, and hope maybe I have helped in some minute way.

You GOT this! Load your WMD hahahaha

Hey Lady! It's much appreciated. I didnt give much thought to that but it makes sense. I did start the light at 3 ft above top of plants but then moved it down to 2. I did overheat the room for a short period and issues started not too long after so that could've played a part too. I've been using my goliath for a couple years now and always ran it as high as possible in the tent but wanted to use this one more along the lines of what is suggested which is 2 ft. If the issue continues, I'll move the light up, heck maybe I'll take the star pupil, most affected, off the box she is on giving a little more head room...?

No biggy but I'd say calling high brix weed "commercial grade" would be an insult of sorts because commercial grade weed say you'd get from a dispensary, while very good quality, is grown for quantity not quality and uses all sorts of stuff you really don't want to smoke and also affects taste while our high brix weed is grown fully organically with none of that nasty stuff and we wash our buds, well most of us do, and doubt any commercial growers are doing that. I know the pot I grow is top shelf and there are a lot of brixxers growing way better weed than I do. Something to strive for. We need to convert you Lady so you too can be "assimilated !"

I really had to up can! Into 15's! It's been almost 4 months and sadly the roots are no where near as nice as I'd like them but it had to be done and can't turn back now! They will get a week or two more veg time before flip. Last night when I up canned they were all droopy, wish I got pics, this am they're looking amazing!

Have a Rockin weekend!

Gang of Four!

Cherry (BCP)

Olive Oil (Sugar Cane 2) she got planted almost to the bottom of the pot, there was an inch or two of soil. She is Still a little taller than her sisters.

Crinkle Puss ((Sugar Cane 1)

Star Pupil - sorry for the crappy pic!

Mornin to ya Ween, u think they look good now.....wait about a week, when they grab that soil. You know it Mr.!:slide:

I know, can't wait! Obviously had to take the tie downs off but will get em tied back down ASAP. The tent will be full in no time, two weeks is really a stretch but I really want the star pupil to catch up a little, we'll see!
