Silly Rabbit Brix Are For Kits! Sponsored Grow With A Perfect Sun Max Yield

Thanks Amy for leveling with me! I don't like it but will treat them as if I have mites even though I've only seen that small web with 1 potential mite at the base of the stalk which if I am correct is opposite if where they usually congregate. I've not seen 1 moving thing on any leaf I've inspected, I hope your wrong too but will prepare for the worst!

I sprayed the crap out of them last night then shuck each plant so there weren't lots of drops of water on top.

When should I spray again? 7 days?

Thanks!

Weaponize the foliar sprays... mix at 1/4 strength and physically blast the crap out of 'em.

I'm not saying I don't have mites but I have a good feeling that I don't. I know Amy sees eggs in the close ups but I just am not seeing any bugs or spots on leaves one would expect but honestly, I don't know what I'm looking for. Plants overall health is very good with an increasing number but small percentage of crispy leaves. The heat were getting is not helping but I turned dehuey off and ac on. Pics of the girls plus crispy leaves, no bugs on any of them. If course I blasted them with leaf wash last night.

I reckon if you blasted the leaf wash at them, and keep doing that as Doc says you’ll be fine ween. The blast would knock off a lot of eggs I think.

I know there’s usually a 3days thing, but that’s if you see active mites which it doesn’t sound like you have. (But webbing is a little dubious...).

Apart from those damaged leaves you removed- the plants look great! Just keep spraying and keep an eye out :ganjamon:

Thanks Amy! I am going to treat as if I have em and blast em every 3-4 days with 1/4 strength foliars. Just wondering if they should all be leaf wash or if I should alternate with Brix and/or destress.

Oh, I'm pretty psyched with how my seedlings and clones are doing! :yahoo:

I personally wouldn't do repeated Leaf Washes at this point--just the other foliars on the normal schedule, or maybe at 1/4 - 1/2 strength if you feel the plants need blasting so you can run them each 2x a week. I've done a lot of 1/4 strength foliars (even reeallyy light Transplant Drench foliars, shh!) when the mites got bad, and that way I could blast my plants every other day or so, without over-doing it.

Buy hey--blasting the eggs off with anything works, even plain water! If the stream is strong enough, you get some added LSTing in as well ;)

All in all, I'd say you're looking good in here Ween!

Cheers dude, hope that helps! Jealous of that light.

:yummy:

:thumb: ‘added LST’ lol Stoney!

Really though! Especially in my outdoor garden, I regularly spray-the-crap out of my plants, top to bottom, with forcable hose water. Keeps all pests down, and when we DO get that nasty 30-40mph wind blowing off the ocean (once every 6 weeks, it seems like), the plants don't just start snapping. They've had to strengthen themselves to my absues, and can handle life's lemons better here outside.

I do this with cannabis, sunflowers, tomatoes, strawberries, cucumbers, asparagus.....all of it!

Call me lazy, but it's been working for me :)

Whenever I water a plant in veg it gets blasted with leaf wash and every week or two I blast all the plants in one round to catch the ones that might take a while between drinks. It keeps things in check.

Wow, that's a lot of leaf wash! Are those at full strength and is it safe to assume you are also giving brix and/or destress during that time?

Thanks Stoney! I'll do more foliars than normal, alternate and 1/4-1/2 strength.

I give them brix weekly and 1/2 destress occasionally. Maybe twice a month on some of them.

I mix up a cup of leaf wash twice a week normally. Everytime I get lax and don't spray anything for about two weeks I start seeing signs, so I go back to this method.

I don't hit anything in flower with leaf wash once they get past their first cat. After that point I've been using spinosad every week or two to keep down any resurgence. It seems to be working.

Sounds awesome! If I have the water (might be a dry summer - tankwater only) I’m doing this this coming summer :thumb:

Hope the warfare is winning for ya ween :ciao:

Thanks Morgile and Amy!

My Star Pupil is kicking out some 3 bladed leaves on the new growth, they're really funky and long. I wanna say it's only on the new growth and the rest of the plant has 5 blade leafs. None of the other plants in the tent have this. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

I don't think it's light stress and I can snap some pics if it's helpful. She has had a rough life, came up,all twisted and took forever to get on track.

Damn Ween, exactly what my clone did... healthy 5 blades down low, three blades up top. Sorry to hear man, probably gonna need a long veg to come out?

Thanks Daj! I'm not sure but I'll do that if I have to, we've been through too much to give up on her now. She's just starting to get bigger. My other 3 would be plenty to fill the 4x4' even give them a little elbow room. I have 6 clones that are takin off! My 2 seedlings are takin there time though.

The 3-bladed leaves are either a sign of stress or a sign that it went back into re-veg

Thanks Krip! I'd say she's been stressed, maybe she can't handle it as much as the others...? She is definately like a re veg, monster crop but she was never switched to flower! See whole, plant pic below and a coup,e of the leaves. She does have some 7 bladed leaves and some fairly normal looking 5 bladders, then funky ones too where the 1st couple are really small.
