Just taking a peek Shot. They from what I seen acouple pages back are looking sweet. I see your going to work on a strain. The more you have to chose from the better. It's takes a lot of time and space. Depending on how deep you can get. I see Doc was talking 9 pheno's, could be if the breeder that started with true bred parents and bred them out right. Like our grandparents. I have little to no faith in names we get. Could be anything really. People always try to imitate cup winners by making their own version of it. Ever notice like 5 different vendors have 'The award winning white widow'? Only 1. Soreally if you want a name. Like a Rolex buy a Rolex. Research the parents if possible. I did see the male you got is Orange. If it's a F1 and the mothers a F1, you could have a lot of possibilities. So it is best to do as many as you can and grown out completely. It can be tons of work but rewarding. Keep records!!!!!!!!!!! Cut clones of each!!! Some dude named Greg Green has a good read if you want. Basic breeding. GL I did abit it once WAY back when I was younger and had more space and a lot more energy. I'm kind of lucky, I'm in a medical state. Here they even have Breeders Clubs. If I wanted to dabble on some new strain it gives me access to pollens or seeds of afew strains the group is working with. It helps serious people cut back on doing the work. Great idea I think. Stony Girl has one. Once more I have no faith period in a name but if the weeds only 3 kinds of weed. Good better and what we want to grow by any name. Im all ears and I appreciate any advice on the subject. I am not really planning on working it too much unless of course me or one of my close friends finds something worthy. in that case I would need to get reading since I haven't gotten that far. I just want to do it for the experience really not expecting a whole lot from it. I have seen a couple crosses from the orange and they look cool so Im game .
Greg green you say is worth a read on the subject ?

I like to keep it in trash cans. in case the bag rips.

I am old and sick and pray that it goes legal in Fl.. I know I do not have all that long to go I am on my last few years I hope ? If I could I would move to a state that will help people like me. It sucks to be disabled with no friends to help me, my life ended when I got sick and the med's are killing me. If I had medical weed it would add years to my life I just keep praying, it's not like I get out to find friends it sucks. You are so lucky, good luck

Hey Shot do me a favor send me that link on that read if you have it available. I do have to say this just about everything, including most salt based fertilizers and even organics are bad for you to some degree. Hell there are heavies in just about everything we use, Even our tap water. The reading I did I couldn't find anything about that. I didn't dig real deep but I know that just about everything any more they say is bad for you. Even the air we breath causes cancer. Hey Old sick I hear ya meds are killing a lot of peoples out there. A lot of the side effects are worse than what they are treating. GL and Keepem Green

Hey Shotta.

Have you read the Bonsai Sultan article? I thought it sounded like a good way to try breeding on a smaller scale. I'll probably go this route when I get to that stage.

Never heard of it but thank you for bringing it to my attention. I will check it out when I am finished in the garden.

Yeah that's an elite cut of bubba og for sure! You can tell in veg even when they are little! High brix will show us some amazing things I will wager!
 
Bet it would do good in cocoganics high brix too (wink) :thumb:
