I have been really busy lately and find it hard to post here anymore.

Always tired. never feel rested. Need more sleep but it will probably not happen.

Thank you for all the new year wishes. I would like to personally thank all of you but its easier to do one big one right here.

Thank you doc and curso! I am waiting for the day we all can chill and burn one together.

Once the brix plants hit that vigorous stage they leave all the others in the dust. In the beginning it seemed to be similar to the others but now its quite obvious once in flower the stalks are much stronger and the plants are a lot bigger. I am using plastic 7 gallon nursery pots now I like the plastic over the smarties now I think.

If you don't mind brother, why do you thinking the nursery pots are better?

I have noticed better overall health to MY plants since switching to plastic. Not saying one or the other is better.

My thoughts are mainly for the life inside the pot. The plastics seem to be more uniform and the soil stays damp a little longer which gives me a little bit of a break. In smarties I don't have an extra day it needs to be watered when it needs to be watered. This is just observation by me I will still use them but I am trying out other stuff. The plastics have some advantages, and so do the smarties.

The biggest difference I have found is in the recycled soil. I'm still testing my theory. With the smarties the roots don't seem to get as thick and get to bound up, leaving much finer roots through the bag, leaving more soil to recycle. My first true test of the smartie soil is running now (4th run) we'll see how it does...

Thats a good observation curso! I agree.
