Shottafire Getting All Brix With It - Featuring Doc's Kit!

Nice update Shottafire.
....I wonder what orange and blackberry would be like crossed. LOL
Have a great day! :thumb:

Thanks cannafan. The sound of the orange I have crossed with the blackberry kush sounds delicious and its one that I have high hopes for.

You have a great day as well canna and stay warm.

Transplanted the orange today into a seven gallon nursery pot from a two. The roots were beautiful and it was definitely time to move into some fresh kit soil. She was looking tired and on the hungry side but healthy still yet.

Pics to come tonight of the kit plants.

So long overdue.

Everything is going well.

Here is a few pics of the girls.

first up orange
transplanted today and plan on cloning tomorrow or the next day and flipping in ten or so days.it got a little bound in the pot and it looked like the leaves lost its primo green the others have but i am sure the transplant will take care of that.

They look awesome bro!!!! That waxy green will come back on your next brix :high-five:

Shotta,
Subbed,
The high brix kit sure seems like it makes happy plants, it's nice to be able to follow your journal relatively early.
I have been looking into Doc Buds High Brix for a while, I'm on the fence mainly because I like the idea of using my own recycled soil. Also it would help if I could smoke a lg bong hit of some nicely cured, washed high brix nugs. I'm sure it's for real! Every high brix plant pic I've seen looks insanely healthy. Ill be following your high brix grow, and +reps for the journal and helping me out on my own :)

You do get to use your own recycled soil with my kit. At least for 3 or 4 runs anyways.

The problem with continuous recycling is salt buildup......same problem with organics.

As for smoking some High Brix....once you try it, you'll never go back. That much I promise.

Just to add to this :)

I'm running the tail end of my 3rd run soil right now, its amazing :high-five: By far the best weed I have had was grown in 3rd run soil.

High Brix is Doc Bud's baby. He did all the soil testing and had a custom amendment developed for a readily available commercial soil.

Here are his current threads. He has a few others that document his research and testing.

High Brix Q&A With Pictures

In The Lab

Very nice Shotta!!!! Currently I move from 1 gal pots to the 7 gal but I am considering the 2/7 because I am noticing that if I want to veg them bigger they tend to hit a point in the 1 gal and the roots are going bonkers for more soil. As of now I just up the frequency a bit to keep em moist with more dribblings of whatever is on the schedule. Curso is spot on once they find the new soil and a brix dose they will get that fake look again.

Peace,

Any2
