Shiggs is back! Good to see ya back around these parts! You've inspired so many people here it would be a shame if you didn't come back. I sympathize with you and the depression. My wife has dealt with it her whole life, it can be debilitating. I'm glad you found your way back. Brighter days ahead! Shiggity, tell me you're taking a probiotic with at least 50 billion cultures per. I nearly came down with C-diff after my recent round of antibiotics to treat an infected salivary gland. Thank God we grow the most powerful herbal medication on earth, or I'd be in deep trouble by now.
If you're not already taking one, do so ASAP, please. When the gut flora get out of balance the entire system pays the price. Probiotics, omega-3 supplements and some mag supplementation. We take better care of our plants than we do our own bodies, don't we?
