Just when I'm getting recovered from having my jaw reattached after seeing your last journal... You can't really tell because of all the wires holding my face back together, but I'm smiling in excitement to see what unfolds here!

I plan on using the hurricaneX controller. With the expansion board to allow 16 independent channels and a temperature probe to autodim when things get too hot! With all accessories it will be about $140. The temperature based autodim is worth that alone!
 
Damn I was typing when you posted that. The main reason I like vitally's controller is it has thermal overload protection built in, shuts boards off when temps get too high, nice safety. But you can get similar thermal protection for $2 a board, and they reset when cools down.

I've looked at the storm, only has 4 ch of 0-10, but can't hook temp sensor with the anolog adapter. I'll check that out before I pay too much for the other. Vitaly's is simple, just crimp 2 rj45 ends on piece of cat5, for patch cable(whatever length you need)

Yeah for parallel wired boards a feature to stop thermal runaway is really a must. I'm not as worried with my boards in series. And I like that the hurricaneX can just dim when the chamber gets to a set temp.

It can also do crazy stuff like sync sunrise and sunset for your location. Not sure I will use that but kind of cool huh?!

Ziggs I have to take inventory and see what I have. I need to use plants I have 2 copies of. One in sip one in 10 gallon softie.

For me Docs soil has been batch dependent. Always awesome but some batches are super nice. So I will get two pots and one sip from the same soil bin and match clones.

I tried looking up straymindset (not as if though I dont have a long enough wish list) and this journal was the 8th search result! Gaining internet fame man!
 
Oh snap, I can't miss this one!

Glad Goliath and Huck Diesel showed up just in time. I see some new ones in there from Straymindset and Dustedbuds.
