Yeah for sure there's actual science done by scientists on the far red red spectrum stuff.
Emerson effect is one.
They concluded that plants will grow faster with far red along with shorter wavelength light when grown under both in the laboratory.
With JUST far red and red - they grow slower with less yields same with just shorter wavelength light.
So I concluded the same thing with my grows that are under both as well.
Yields up, plant metabolism up and quality up.
