I think we all have that same hygro/thermometer........ And some more from the same family.....

My Accurite has begun to fail on me. It doesn't show the full 2nd number in the humidity section, it keeps the Temp just fine and I can figure out what the humidity happens to be, but a little frustrating doing that after 1.5 months of ownership.

Mine was questionable also. Thats why I have three in the tent, and three out in the basement. All read temp and humidity. I take the average for both sets of three to get my numbers for inside and outside the tent.....

That's mine too Cannabis1 :)

I hang the outdoor sensor at canopy level below the HPS

Thats where I had mine hanging also, but it was giving me questionable numbers. You have to make sure to keep the outside sensor out of direct light from the HPS or it will heat up and give you a hotter temp than it actually is......

I also have 3 sensors. 1 in the tent and 1 in the veg box and 1 if I need to fire up the second veg box. So far mine are working fine, I hope they don't start going bad.

Shadow Medi is a beautiful full healthy girl, she gonna have a big yield.:thumb:.. looking forward to that !:cheertwo:

Thanks for all the helpful pictures !:thanks:

Thank you granny, I hope she does have a big harvest. I'm hoping for a 1/4lb. if more, Great but I'd like at least a qp.

Good Morning everyone! Welcome to "The Lou Weed Resort" I'm shadowman and I'll be your host. Come in, come in, sit and relax. Todays update will include some photos from yesterday as well as this mornings. Yesterday I did outdoor gardening and lawn care. When I was ready for my update, I had to put it off due to computer maintenance. I gave all in the Veg box 4oz of Cal/mag+, 24-8-16 and Rhizostym. They are doing well overall and most are showing good growth. I have one that is behind the growth curve compared to the others. Medi is doing her thing and is showing some pistils.

I have a couple of question to any all that want to chime in. When does a plant officially go from seedling to plant in vegetative phase? And When should you officially start counting days in flowering phase? That's it for this mornings update. See you all soon.

When does a plant officially go from seedling to plant in vegetative phase?
When should you officially start counting days in flowering phase?
Where does one measure the room temperature in relation to the lights and soil?
What's going on with my fan leaves?
How much and how often should I water?

These are the questions that keep me up at night!
Rather than one answer, there seem to be a continuum, a bell curve of answers.
Even a good consensus leaves many more people speaking and listening somewhere else on the continuum of available definitions.

To answer your question Shadowman:
For me, I start to counting on the days that I change the nutes. I.E. from seedling to veg and veg to flowering. That Gives me a pretty accurate way to calculate. But thats because im in Hydroponics. If your in soil, then maybe I would add 3-7 days to allow the plant to use up what nutes it has in the soil, and to start to take in new nutes. Im just a newb, so Im not stating this as solid fact. Just using my noggin...

Rad these are the questions that have us all up at night or at least me. Guessing seedling until 1st node, then it's started the vegetative stage. Once you change the lighting schedule that begins flower stage, right? Every plant has a little bit different schedule, you have to play by what it's showing you, along with whatever experience you bring. How's that sound for a newbie grower?

I'm going to chisel the seedling to veg stage answer in stone, that makes sense to me. To narrow the flowering stage down, I'll do more reading and see if anyone else weighs in. I flipped to 12/12 on 6/25 but just started seeing pistils 3 days ago. I'm trying to figure when she will stop stretching so I can defoliate and trim useless branches and make 1 or 2 flowering clones. I've noticed that in one day she has really started to produce more pistils. I hope she continues to pack'em on.

Why do you want flowering clones?
