PH is very important, it can wreak havoc on your plants if it's off.

Thats the light meter i resently borrowed from my brother inlaw. I got the yellow ph tester thats common
Get a pH pen, those probe ones are garbage

They work decent for light... better then what i had which was nothing lol but yeah the cheap yellow ph pens on amazon is what i have and it works great

Hard to say.... were all on a budget and i get that. With that said i never tried th ph tester on that but damn that light meter really helped me!

Thats the one i got. Comes with the calibration solution.Look at something like this:
It's a cheap pen but it works.
These cheaper pens you'll want to calibrate often.
I have the same pen
I use two, if they get too far off, one or the other, then I calibrate them both
That way I know they are good
