Sense Amelia's First Pop At Indoor Soil Grow

Just realized when i got to the end you were still on the bizz, thought i read at the start you changed to canna. I'm not a fan boy of any nutes, but think the bio bizz can cause so many problems, I love the fish mix think everyone should have some in there arsenal, and am coming to the conclusion with nutes, that brands that don't have 10 bottles in the range are more complete, no proof yet just a gut feeling. actually signed up to do g.c.s.e chem again! (was a very long time ago) in the new year with the aim to do an A level just so I can understand nutriments better.
Your babies look good and have to say great job for the 1st time, can't wait to see what your babies look like after a grow or two, if these are the results your getting on round 1!

Hi Karma V Thanks for taking the time to check out my journal from start to finish. Yes, I have a friend who has a friend who grows, and he uses Bio Bizz, hence the recommendation, and our choice to go for that. Also it's all organic so less complicated (?) As soon as we run out of BB we may start looking at BPN or something else. I have to say though, that although I have nothing to compare it to, the BB has not seemed to have let me down in any way so far. My girls went through almost their whole 4 week veg phase without any nutes at all and so... the N def. was just my fault. Good luck with the chemistry course, what a fantastic idea.

The girls look great today, their buds just seem to fill out and fatten up over night. From my reckoning, they only have about 3 more waterings to contain nutes now. I will give plain water the last two weeks for sure.

Been checking out my Vanilla Kush seeds for next time (Barneys Farm) or I may go with something completely different, dunno. Whatever I grow will always be about 8 week flowering time. :circle-of-love:

ooohhh do have a look at a Critical Sinse Star, highly recomended by me:)
mine finished in 49 days of flower, the nugs were a nice size and has a real nice stone. its a easy grower and has a lemmony fuel smell and taste. if I wasnt trying different strains I would grow it most all the time:)
I think you would like it:thumb:

That's pretty strange Fish, coz Critical Sensi Star is on my wish list. I was drawn to it when I was looking a few weeks ago. I think we might well go with these and then the Kush afterwards.

Changing subject slightly, I know it's a stoopid question, but can you guess in any way how much each of my plants roughly you think they will yield?

There is no solid way to tell yield but if I was to guess I would say 33 grams a plant if not more.

and a bit more than that as 4 and half weeks to go? (say yes!!! LOL)

I'm down with the organics too, by BPN do you mean blue plant nutrients ? not come across them in the UK, but then I've never actually looked, maybe worth a look at the plant magic stuff, they have an organic range, it's fairly good value to.
In a dream world I would to be using this sort of stuff Fertilizers
and nearly did this time round till i found out one of the things i was going to add to the soil causes small buds so more research need.
I've got to say I think you were lucky to get away with using all mix from the start, I've seen that stuff burn the sh1t out babys.

I am going by finished dry weight from what I see on the plants. You may get more but I am thinking I am pretty close. :)

if its a normal grow a 1/2 is more then easy to get:) atleast for me.
shoot for the stars!

Well Amelia I speak with confidence as my first grow and plant pulled down 32.5 grams and did not look quite as nice as yours. So I feel pretty good about my estimate and think it may be light. It all depends on how heavy the buds are. My first ones were nice and heavy, not AIRY.

Hey you aint alowed to use Fluffy when you describe buds!
from now on they shall be airy buds! fluffy is as fluffy is:)

Edited that issue. lol :)
