Happy with them so far considering the neglect they suffered and lack of tlc this round has recieved.
Heres a couple of my little white widow clone im about to chop soob too

Sweet little thing lol only a 4litre pot but easy there is a good couple ounces or more, shes done well considering the small home

Day 60 of 12/12
Harvest day

I waited til lights on this afternoon to post pics of trichs and ask you all if she’s done, also to ask whether anyone thought I should worry about sugar leaves crisping up and drying off into a cola or two.

It became moot on both points.

In the couple of days since I last checked I am suddenly seeing more amber than I was looking for.
Also lost a golf ball sized amount (when combined) to rot off a couple of tops. First time I’ve seen this happen. Should have listened to my intuition. (Sometimes difficult to discern from all the other voices in my head lol.) Only yesterday I pointed out a spot to my wife and said I was a bit interested to see if a problem was going to develop. Nipped it in the bud today (hey! so that’s where that saying comes from).

Beautiful, solid, sticky, amazing smelling buds! This plant has been a joy to grow.

Thank you @SeedsMan and everyone else. I can’t wait to put this wonderful new medicine into use, a la @SmokeLake a couple of posts back. A tester I snipped a few days ago is ready to smoke while we trim tonight. Knew she was nearly ready

A few days left on the CPK.

I waited til lights on this afternoon to post pics of trichs and ask you all if she’s done, also to ask whether anyone thought I should worry about sugar leaves crisping up and drying off into a cola or two.

It became moot on both points.

In the couple of days since I last checked I am suddenly seeing more amber than I was looking for.

Beautiful followers double D indeed. Im no pro but it kinda looks like the 1st pic that fat cola on the left with dead leaf shriveled up and kinda brown area on it kinda looks like bud root to me. I hope its not but if is you dont want to smoke that. Look inside that crack open a little and you'll know right away. Nice nugs keep it up bud .

Thanks Scrog it’s all down now. There was some damage. I lost about a fifth of the final. I know I should be more embarrassed but it made me a better gardener.
The testers were a really interesting smoke and I’m looking forward to her drying and getting some use out of her.
She gave me a couple of clones so she’ll be back in the flower room soon. Next few runs she can give me back what I lost yesterday.

Some fantastic looking updates and harvests guys! I’m looking more and more forward to these girls!

Update - after I topped and removed nodes 1 & 2 (quad training), I moved them into 5 gallon fabric pots of promix hp.

They’re already recovering and getting in the groove again, showing some nice fresh growth.

Critical Purple Kush
Day 63 of 12/12
Harvest day

The fridge is full of Dr Seedsman CBD 30:1, so the CPK is hanging. I’ve enjoyed testers off of both. So much so that another small sample of each is fast drying in paper bags hanging above the fireplace.
In another couple or few weeks or so some clones of each of these will be ready to run again.
I’m already looking forward to that

These plants have been such a pleasure to grow! I found the Dr Seedsman CBD 30:1 a lighter feeder. She just cruised along at the pace of the rest of the garden, whuch meant she hardly ever got hungry before a feed. The Critical Purple Kush was just the opposite, like a cat at the fridge door.
They’ve produced like a dream and been the prettiest things in the garden.
Any problems with the grow were mostly dealt with as good as I could. I had temperatures spiking above the mid 30’s C for a couple of weeks. The grow tent was in my roof space. I built a room for them in the garage with much more headroom, and they thrived, mostly.
I had a canopy fan fail and didn’t like the way the CPK got beat up with my bigger back-up fan, so switched it off. So there was that. I also have found out now a couple of really good preventative steps, like using a milk and water spray before flowers have set. So while it was a good lesson to have learned - preventing, recognising and dealing with bud rot - I’m sorry that I learned it on a sponsor’s valuable product. (I hope it doesn’t affect possible eligibility for your blueberry and somango run @SeedsMan? I’d still be stoked to get a hoof in there.)
On an actual journal note, anyone wanting to run DrS on the back of having read this thread I can warn you that spearheads get very fat and grow super compact and dense making them nice and heavy, making it sensitive to high humidity in late flower.
A couple of days ago a THC prescription arrived alongside my regular CBD drops. This is a new thing. I felt like I already have grade A meds in the house now anyway, thanks to you @SeedsMan, @Preston9mm both.
Here’s a thing. Someone on my journal just today was saying ‘ooo I gotta get me some of that critical’. So it seems we are helping to move some product
This was going to be a quick post, but I wanted to say thanks.
I’ll keep posting on the DrS and CPK as long as this thread runs.
